The owner is in it strictly for the money and the head of house James micro manages every step of every grown man there. I get there needs to be rules and a sign in and sign out sheet I can understand but texting the head of house at every move you make is a bit over the top. The owner refuses to run the AC, mind you there are 18 beds in a 7 bedroom house and it is in the middle of the summer. Money is requested on a weekly basis to cover the cost of toilet paper and cleaning supplies. The refrigerators are broken and not one thing is said until you go to get your food and it is spoiled. A drug test is done when you first get to the house and that's pretty much it. Drug paraphernalia was found and not one person in the house was tested! Some of the men there are afraid to speak out because they have nowhere else to go so I will be the voice for them. I will take this all the way to the state level until these men have better living conditions. The owner is pocketing a ton of money while these men are trying to get back on their feet.

I find this impossible to believe. Anyone, with ANY knowledge of the disease of addiction, knows that we are never cured of this thing. This disease as chronic, and can be fatal. When we are looking for a justification for our behavior, even the treatment center might seem like a good place to set the blame. The truth is, I have tried to get help time and time again. Every time I was unable to stay sober, I blamed someone else. I have been able to stay sober for several years now. Whiteside played a crucial role in my sobriety. I could never thank them enough, for their guidance and support. My heart goes out to the people that were unable to find recovery, and especially for their loved ones.

We spoke to the owner, Gabriela, an LVN, about specific physical issues that my sister was having. She assured us that they could provide a safe and comfortable environment for her and give her the care she needed. We noticed how lively and friendly the caregivers, Joe and Dina, were as they went about their duties cooking and cleaning and caring for the residents who were out in the dining area. There was background music playing and the facility seemed bright and welcoming. The aroma from the kitchen, where the evening meal was being prepared, was inviting. My sister quickly adapted to the structure and routine and said she was happy there. After falling and injuring herself numerous times at the previous assisted living facility, she fell only once at Senior Oasis. Joe and Dina got to know my sister quickly, and notified us when they saw something unusual in her behavior and demeanor. We took her to the hospital and she was diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer. Gabriela opened a sister facility, Senior Oasis 2, shortly after and asked if we would like to send my sister there. It was a spacious and well appointed facility with an upscale home feel. Joe and Dina were transferring there, so our sister said she wanted to go too. She lived there for the remainder of her life - Gabriela, Joe and Dina and the other Senior Oasis caregivers adapted and adjusted to her worsening health and eased her into hospice care. We are very fortunate to have found Senior Oasis and Gabriela and her team. They provided the highest quality care and comfort for my sister during the last year of her life...and we are forever grateful. Thank You so much!!!

The staff is attentive, compassionate, and always willing to help with any need, big or small. The physical therapy team has been incredible. Receiving therapy twice a day has helped him grow stronger each day, and the progress he has made has exceeded our expectations. We are seeing improvements physically, emotionally, and mentally. Most importantly, we are seeing his spirit return. He is smiling more, showing determination, and demonstrating the heart of a true survivor. My grandmother was admitted to Windsor Cypress Gardens after a fall at home. The goal was for her…read moreto receive physical therapy to regain strength in her legs and become more independent. Unfortunately, our family's experience was heartbreaking, and I would never recommend this facility to someone I love. From the beginning, it felt like physical therapy was not the primary focus. We also became concerned that she was not consistently being assisted with basic hygiene, toileting, or changing when needed. While she was staying there, she developed a urinary tract infection (UTI). Because of her age, the infection caused severe confusion and hallucinations. Her condition became so serious that she had to be transferred to the hospital. After spending several days in the hospital and receiving appropriate treatment, her hallucinations stopped, and she improved significantly. When she returned to the facility to continue physical therapy, things unfortunately got worse. She developed bed sores, and she also had a foot infection that continued to worsen instead of improving. Our family was deeply concerned about the care she was receiving and whether her treatment plan was being properly managed. One of the biggest issues we experienced was the lack of available staff. My father and I visited multiple times, and on more than one occasion it was nearly impossible to find a nurse. One day, my father walked through the facility twice looking for someone to help, and the only employees he was able to find were members of the custodial staff. They were kind and helpful, but they should not have been the only people we could locate when our grandmother needed medical assistance. The experience that will stay with me forever happened during one of our morning visits shortly after breakfast. We were told that my grandmother had "just woken up," but when we entered her room, she was completely soaked in her own urine and other bodily fluids. She desperately needed to be cleaned and changed. My father and I did everything we could to help her ourselves, but we needed clean briefs and other supplies from the staff. We pressed the call button and waited. We continued waiting. It took approximately 45 minutes before we were finally able to get someone's attention. During that entire time, my grandmother remained in that condition while we tried our best to care for her ourselves. No family should have to watch their loved one go through that. Every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and timely care. I want to acknowledge that I'm sure there are individual nurses and staff members at this facility who genuinely care and work hard. However, based on our experience, the overall quality of care, responsiveness, and staffing left us feeling that our grandmother was not receiving the attention she needed. We ultimately made the decision to remove her from this facility because we no longer felt she was safe there. I would not trust Windsor Cypress Gardens with the care of my grandparents again, and I hope this review encourages the facility to make meaningful improvements so that no other family has to experience what ours did.

I felt bad , I looked bad, I had the shakes. I was even heading towards being a wet brain. I just isolated and drank, couldn't Stop. I found M.F.I, went there and now I have my mind, health and family back. I did what I was supposed to do. And I'm doing it now. I have the tools to stay sober. I have a huge support group, I have new friends I call everyday and I see them now. The staff are awesome, they care and love you like family. They are family to me and I miss them. But I can visit every Saturday night and see others that were there.
