I had such an amazing first experience here! Funny enough, I went to Prospect Dental when I was 11 years old at their old location. Luckily this one was in my network now so I inquired about an appointment online and they called me pretty quickly afterwards that same day. We booked for an appointment 2 weeks out, but then she called me 5 minutes after and said they had a last minute cancellation in 45 minutes and asked if I had the time to come in right there and then. Say less - made my life easier! (Plus luckily I live 5 minutes away so it worked out). Located off Central Rd, the dentist office is medium sized and has a parking lot right out in front. It was clean and kid friendly inside. The secretaries were very welcoming and informative, and paperwork took less than 10 minutes to fill out. Once I went in for my check up, I was helped by Magda who was unbelievably helpful, educated, comforting, friendly, and informative. She described what she was doing the whole time and definitely went the extra mile for my appointment. I learned so much during my cleaning with her! She even took before and after pictures to show me how my teeth/gums looked like before and after my cleaning. Magda was truly incredible and I hope I have her again next time. I loved my experience here at Prospect Dental so far and will totally stick with them for all my future dentist appointments moving forward! read more

Not long ago my son and I were both the patients of Dr. Iwaszczyszyn. We both gave her 5 stars. My son avoids going to the dental office and does not have the best oral hygiene habits. He had the cleaning with the very nice dental hygienist and then exam with Dr. Iwaszczyszyn. When he was done, he was all smiles and even went there back the next week for a sealant and a filling! He said that he would be going there on regular bases now. Believe me, this is a great complement in my son's eyes! I had a cleaning and exam done by Dr. Iwaszczyszyn. She took her time, explained every step she was doing and did a very through job with my dentition. No discomfort at all. She also took her time to explain all my questions. You feel right at home while you're there...and usually I dread dentist visits but not since becoming a patient of Prospect Dental. I usually see Dr. I and Paulina and love them! I'm so so so afraid of dentists and Dr. Pawlusiewicz changed all that. She's the only one who had Me coming back week after week ( way too many cavities) without any fear. She changed my whole life. I had a small chip in my front tooth and she fixed it right before my wedding. Since then I smile without fear. I've never been this happy with my smile and health of my teeth. I have known Dr. Iwaszczyszyn for the last 5 years. I discovered her office when my family and I had moved and were looking for a dentist close to our new location and in my network. This office was recomended by my friend. They take most of the dental plans, always pick up the phone, and will take emergency appointments that same day. They have electronic medical records and brand new dental equipment. My husband is coward when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr. Iwaszczyszyn always has great bedside manners and understands if someone is does not favor going to the dentist. I hate going to the dentist myself, if she CAN (and as a nurse I know you cannot stop in the middle of procedure sometimes, because you can hurt patient or make more injury if you will) she stops and lets me rest before finishing. She is super gentle with our 4 years old. She always answered my questions and never tried to do something what will cost a fortune when I do not need it. They have great office hours and always try to accommodate patients. Highly recommended by 3 people!!! read more

I was nervous about switching to a new dental office after being with the same dentist for 10 years. So thankful I found Prospect Dental! It was easy to make an appointment, and their hours are reasonable for working people. The office is modern and clean. All the staff is very friendly and welcoming, from the front desk, to the assistant and Doctor. The cleaning was very thorough and they really explained everything. I was experiencing what I thought was a lose crown. They were able to get me in quickly, which was nice. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. I should have realized something was up, however, when I was the only patient in the office the entire time I was there! I found out when I met Dr. Iwaszczyszyn. This woman has the worst chair side manner I've ever encountered. She was rude, rough, and curt. I would not recommend this place if your the least bit apprehensive about dental treatment. Do look some other place. Your experience here will be miserable. read more

Great professional service. Beautiful office with very nice staff. Called in as a new emergency (in severe pain) patient and I was able to see the doctor the same day. I hate reading reviews which give low rating to doctors just because they are stern with patients; my review is mainly as a response to below low rating which is completely unnecessary. I was a patient of both Dr. Kathy and Dr. Iwona; they are both very competent and provide a very high level of service. Their expertise is top notch, and they are both super nice and accomodating. I have been a patient of Prospect Dental since its inception, and I was never, never dissatisfied. They explain what the problem is, and they fix it!. That is all I am expecting from a doctor - fix the problem! And they DO do that. The below review that Joanna P wrote speaks precisely to the problem she has created - she was putting her hands where the surgeon is operating. No wonder she was told to "move these hands away!" Yeah, doooouuugh, they have sharp instruments, drills and God knows what in there, and if you are putting your hands there you are creating a hazard to yourself and to the doctor. So man up, let the doctor do what she is supposed to do, don't jerk and yank on instruments. Its that simple! Now for the review - I have only high praises for the office; they seem to be going out of their way to accommodate late appointments, the staff is very nice and seems very knowledgeable, the doctors are explaining all procedures so you can understand the reasoning behind each procedure. Both doctors are super nice and I only have the best to say about them. Don't mind the one low review from a vindictive person who created problems herself (and she admitted to it in her review).
