My normal Dental Hygienist was booked up for a month, I get their ad in the mail. I go in for their $59 teeth cleaning. Was the worst cleaning I ever received. Have most of their customers never had their teeth cleaned before at a normal dentist? Cleaning consisted of few seconds of scratching on 2 teeth, flossing 2 or 3 teeth, then applying gloss to a couple of teeth. I was amazed when the hygienist started applying the teeth gloss. She had not even don anything yet. Then they say you need a deep cleaning which will take 4 office visited at $250 each ( $1000 total but If you pay cash you get 10% off) I spend more effort brushing my teeth each night, and I am lazy I am now trying Periogen Rinse I have to wonder if the other reviewers had ever used a dentist before coming to this place. I was so close to filing a complaint with the dental board. License Number: 46449 After speaking to some other dentists, They described it as a bait and switch operation. come in for $59 cleaning, nothing really done , then told I need a $1000 cleaning of my wallet. This is not even dealing with cavities they claim are there for another $2600. Strange no other dentist could find the hidden cavities either. I did not even have any tarter that was visible, so how could I have much "hidden tarter" read more

I started going to Dr Parisa after a bad experience I had with another dentist. It's been a couple of years now and she has always listened to my concerns and has always been gentle working on my teeth. I appreciate her always being upfront and honest with me and friendly too. I'm back again! Myself and my family have been seeing Dr. Parisa Zarbifan for over 5 years. I now live in San Diego and make the drive to this office because she literally is the best dentist I have ever been to and I trust her implicitly. About 9 months ago, I asked an endodontist friend for a referral in a pinch as I was a couple months late for my cleaning. Bottm line, I cheated on Dr. Parisa ;) and had a cleaning locally. Arg, what a mistake! I was told that I had a crack in a previous filling in my rear molar and was going to need a porcelain filling ASAP or potentially need a root canal because its size and proximity to the root...? I got the codes from the local office and called my insurance and the insurance even spoke with the office on my behalf - It ended up that my insurance felt the codes and information did not align and I should get a second opinion. Of course I ran right back to Dr. Parisa!! After a set of complete x-rays and a cleaning, she wasn't too worried with the crack, yes it needed to be fixed but nothing urgent. Well I waited much longer than she recommended due to being busy with a home remodel and had it fixed today. The first words I said upon completion was that this was the best filling I've ever had. She is an amazing dentist, she and Maria work seamlessly together and the office just hums with efficiency. I thought my search for a Great dentist would never end until a family member said I should see Dr Parisa, I live in San Diego so It was kind of a drive but I had to see for myself. I walked into her office and was warmly greeted by a nice lady.. Not your average "Hello! " like they give you when you walk into Subway. This was my first name and it was friendly. ( made me feel important and not just another patient ) Dr.Parisa was great- I had the cool new X-rays that pop up on the screen next to you. She sat down and took her time going over them with me, she answered whatever questions I had. She made sure I was comfortable and 100% pain free before any work started I even fall asleep in her chair sometimes.. And I am usually white knuckle the whole time - Not here! I gotta say picking a dentist is hard.. and Dr. Parisa made it easy. Her office is crisp and everything is clean.. Everything is high tech and the Office staff is great! A little over a year since my last review on ProSmile Dentistry and I could not be any happier.The Invisalign has worked great, I have had an implant and new crown in the front and overall my dental health has improved because of the attention you get even with a routine cleaning. Dr. Parisa will make time to talk to you in detail if needed on any concerns you might have. Dr. Parisa is by far the best dentist and her office and dental team are great as well. You honestly feel like you are being treated by old friends you are that comfortable when visiting this office. I only wish I had met Dr. Parisa sooner. Just left Prosmile Dentistry ALL SMILES! After some poor dental work at my previous dentist, I decided to try Prosmile as it's close to my home. My first appointment was a breeze! I was promptly greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel welcome. When it was time for my cleaning, Dr. Parisa was so wonderful and had an amazing calming way about her!! She was very professional and kind. Suddenly I wasn't nervous and (although she did find a cavity haha) I left the office feeling great! Went back today for that pesky filling and although I was kind of dreading it, it went way better than I expected! No pain at all and I didn't leave with a numb face. My teeth feel great and I was done in a half hour. Wow! Again, Dr. Parisa was so great and she explained step by step what was happening! I no longer dread going to the dentist.
