Unfortunately, Jorge tried to update his online data a few times, but it was not accurate and his shop was already cleaned up and closed. Jorge offered to reopen and personally washed our old truck by hand. He was very polite and did a great job. The tire treatment stuff smells amazing, too! I had booked online for an interior detail, they were in contact to ask if there was pet hair in the vehicle and notified me that it would be $23-$35 extra. It ended up being $75 extra. If this extreme jump in price had been communicated I probably would not have chosen this detailer. But again, he did do a great job. After he left the car was dead because the batter had drained during his time detailing it. I had called him to see if he could give the car a jump and he said he couldn't and refused to take responsibility for draining the battery (how else was it dead after 90 minutes of detailing with the doors open?). Now, a day later, the car has to be towed by AAA to get it to start again. Great work, bad business.
