Love modwash!!! I baby my cars so about a year ago I got myself a membership since Mw is on my way home from work. Stopping in a few times a week definitely pays for itself. Especially with the teacher discount! I recently got a new car and my got my old one which had a MW membership attached to it. He asked if he could keep it as he takes good care of it as well. So I got an unlimited on my new car. I upgraded to the next tier for the wheel cleaner. All the workers are great!! My new car and its vanity plate NEVER raises the bar so they have to manually enter it in now but they never seem annoyed and now they know who the crazy lady in the white Mercedes is. Brian has gone above and beyond for me and has always been super nice. Highly recommend Brian and all the crew at Sanford MW!!! Brian is NUMBER 1!! read more

I normally have a good experience here, but tonight was awful. I went around 5:00pm 10/29/24. The lady that checked me in was super polite, but the gentleman who ran me through the wash was super rude and condescending. Plus this is the first time my windshield has still been dirty after a wash. I emailed the office to let them know. It was not worth the $28 I paid. read more

Routinely doesn't rinse off soap properly. Over half of the vacuums not functioning. Not worth a membership because they don't keep up the maintenance on their system. read more

You guys just continue to fail and definitely made me feel good about canceling my membership. Just like before I have to get out and clean my own car from whatever it is your brushes left on. Was gonna talk to the manager but it looks like you guys still have the same genius from the last time I was here that claimed I was lying about everything. Months later I found out I wasn't the only that complained about my car coming out more dirty than going in. You guys had a leak in one of your brushes or multiple that shoots hydraulic fluid all over the place and I guess it's still not fixed from the middle of last year read more

Ryan was awesome!!! It was about to storm and he was supposed to be wrapping up to leave. I needed my mats cleaned and the mat cleaner was out of order so he took them and washed them for me, he was super thorough and so polite and personable! He even helped me get them back in the car while it was raining even after I told him it was ok that I could do it! His customer service was exceptional!! read more

Definitely recommend the Mod Wash in Darlington. The crew is awesome! Their manger Flen (yes it's his first name, not last) is very personable and charismatic, but makes sure things are in order when you come for a wash. Please remember that they've been open only a month or two now, so there maybe a few kinks here or there, but the team is on it to make sure everything is efficient and a good experience. Highly recommend. And very conveniently located! SN: only "negative" to think is that the vacuums could be a little stronger in suction. read more

went to sanford modwash this past Saturday with my jeep. the manager was totally aggressive when I told him. that the car was still dirty after I paid 30 dollars for the wash. he got mouthy and at one point even threatened my safety and health with violence. I have been in touch with customer service and they refuse to give me my money back. they will only wash it again. yet they wouldn't run it thru last Saturday again when I asked them. I don't want anything now, I just want everyone to know what kind of people sanford is doing buisness with. Be careful of your safety at modwash.​​ read more
