That was the WORST car wash I've ever had in my life. I spent extra time removing absolutely everything from the my truck (that I only drive about once per week but because my broken foot is in a boot, I needed someone else to do it this time) to make it easy for them. He said you're welcome to go to a detail shop. Ummm, no, I specifically came to a FULL SERVICE car wash for the hand care. Even 1 employee got pissed when he heard what the manager told me. The floors are covered in dirt too. I've been to many many full service places and never ever has the truck been returned like this. It's like they didn't even do anything. The process is that you drive up to a sheltered area that houses the vacuums and then employees take it from there by driving your car through the car wash, and then wiping the car dry. The only downside to this establishment is its popularity. I arrived in a Friday around noon and waited a total of an hour. There were 10 cars in front of me forming two lines toward the vacuums. Then only one car at a time through the car wash. So this place is busy and you might have to invest time for a quality car wash.

I had my kids in the backseat and they asked why he was mean. Goes to show his professionalism and his demeanor when he initially walked up to my car. After going through the car wash I processed what had happened and went to ask for my sticker back so I can use my membership for the month I paid for and he said no. I will admit I did use some language that I'm not proud of in the moment BUT I was taken back with how he spoke to me when I was in my car with my children. I left a review on google and a response was left with a number to call to resolve this issue. When I called the number Jeff answered the phone. He showed no remorse with how he acted and when asking to talk to someone else and said he "gave me a number to call" which was the location he works at. I block the charge while I attempted to cancel the membership. Take 5 continued for almost a month to charge my credit card every day. There is no information on their website where you can go to cancel. I was finally able to locate a separate website where the cancellation step was listed. I send an email to cancel my service and received an acknowledged. Then I was asked for the following before they could cancel: 1. Date of the purchase and the amount charged. 2. First five digits and the last four digits of the credit or debit card used for the purchase. 3. A copy of the receipt or, Credit Card/Bank statement showing the charges that clearly show your name, amount and date. 4. Correct RFID 5. Exact location of the car wash site? All of the additional information on top of my written request to cancel the membership. This is insane.
