I have never dealt with such an incompetent company. I have been working with the General Manager…read more(Leon) of this company on another project that he subcontracts for California First Roofing. BH Construction subs work for CA First Roofing as well as his son Sam, works for All Weather Roofing and has been involved in this sub effort (see reviews on AllWeather Roofing). Leon has his son, Sam, help him out and they both are liars and will demand payment even when the job is incomplete. BH Construction is now refusing to complete the job as subs and refusing to provide their insurance information after they tore off the fascia boards when they installed the wrong size. The Soffits are now fully exposed as they were glued to the fascia boards for rigidity. Once I pointed this out to them, they couldn't figure out the problem. I then surmised that they installed the incorrect fascia boards and told them in which, they quickly concurred, ripped off all the fascia boards, right before a week of rain and now my unit has water in multiple areas of their ceilings. These guys (Lean and Sam) have been working as subs to finish a job for 5 months now. I have posted 15 pictures in the picture area. Go look at the pictures. They told me the job was complete and they hadn't even done one of the roofs. The company made me show him in the contract where it was covered. This company does terrible work. They installed the incorrect size fascia boards and then removed all of them to put in the correct size. They took off all of the boards right before it rained and now the units have water coming in thru the ceiling due to the hard rain. I have asked the owners for insurance information as I need to report this to their insurance company. All I have heard so far is silence after a DOZEN REQUESTS for their insurance information. This has been the worst experience in my life. I have owned income property for 40 years and have never dealt with such incompetent people in my entire life. I will never do business with this company again as the entire company is filled with people that just threaten to put a lien on your property, when you complain about the absolutely terrible work. The following email is from their General Manager after I told him that the quality of the re-work was terrible. (picture posted). This is what yoyu get when you complain about their work.
