When I asked what his name was he said "Mathew and that's all you need to know from me." He claims he left a warning on my car, which I never received and that he was required to have my car towed. He was very unprofessional and takes pictures of people's cars with their license plates. He was very unprofessional and I wouldn't trust them to be a security company to watch over any apartment complex anywhere. I now have to pay close to $400 to get my car from the towing company for parking in my parking spot... Thanks JDS for making sure our property is safe and secure!

My boss was hosting an event where the venue shares a big parking space between 8:30pm-1am with two other companies. However, the security guard selectively charged money from our guests to "watch their vehicles," but my boss never charges parking at this venue for years. I had to bring my boss and my girl to confront and call him out because he wrongful charged my girl and my friends, and making money under my supervisor's company illegally. During the frustratingly escalating conversation, I had to make sure he didn't swing at my boss. What's even more sketchy and unprofessional was that he adamantly chose to not disclose his name, nor his supervisor with attitude. Anyone who works normally displays their sense of innocence by sharing that information, but this guy didn't. We confirmed that his assignment was only to watch over the Mossy AutoMotive Group Car Dealership's cars, which was around 8-10 cars lined up in the back of the parking only where no one else usually parks during our event every Friday. After 10-15 minutes of arguing, he handed out $10 for us to go away but we subsequently asked where the rest of the money from the other guests were. He showed us his empty wallet and refused to share anything else as if that was all he had. Every time he spoke, his words continuously conflicts with what he said earlier. I don't know if he was under the influence or was high, but I know he speaks english. He had the audacity to ask for change back. Luckily, my boss took pictures of him, his uniform, logo, and the company car to handle the rest of us. I don't want to assume that their entire team of security is sketchy, nor have I ever made a horrible review before. However, this individual security guard needs to be fired and sued for abuse of power and extortion. Yet, we do not know if he has done this multiple times in the past but he needs to be stopped. Anyone who's reading this or thinking of requesting services from this company needs to make sure they don't send out this guy. Luckily, I profiled him for you all: Profile: Middle Eastern-American looking; short hair with thick beard, brown eyes, has an accent, 5'8-5'10, slightly darker brown skin complexion, between late-20s to mid-30s, sounds like he can speak another language.

The man I was in contact with that had provided me a quote was very respectful and kind and had been very helpful when I was inquiring about the service they provided. They came in every night on time, well-dressed and very professional. The guards were very attentive all night every night. I have cameras on the property and after reviewing the footage the guards were active and alert all night patrolling the entire site very frequently. I was very impressed and happy with the service they provided all month. I would seriously recommend them for anybody in need for security services.
