The laundry center is always disgusting in there, the prices went up and not all of them are even consistent. What you pay for is not worth it, apartments are overpriced and they add all sorts of inconsistent fees.

Certain staff members(leasing agents in front office) consistently had bad attitudes and were dismissive and unpleasant to deal with, regardless of how polite or respectful I was. It made simple interactions with the leasing office unnecessarily frustrating and left a very negative impression on my overall experience living here. On top of that, the price was not worth what you got.

I want to recognize Marvin and Wilham from the maintenance team for going above and beyond to help…read moreme when my garage door was struck by lightning. I first approached Marvin around 5:30 p.m., and he genuinely tried everything he could to help me. Even though he was limited in what he could do at that time, I really appreciated his willingness to assist and the effort he made. Wilham was also incredible. Because there is no interior access to my garage, getting the door open was not an easy situation. He asked me to give him about an hour, took the time to figure out how to release and open the door, and came back in less than an hour with a solution. He could have easily said there was nothing more he could do, but instead he took the initiative to figure it out and came back to help me. Marvin and Wilham both deserve recognition for their effort, kindness, and willingness to help. I truly appreciated what they did for me, especially Wilham taking the extra time to find a solution when there wasn't an obvious one. Thank you both!

Formerly Walton @ Columns, Kinstone Communities has stepped up to takeover Property Management…read moreServices. Thus far there has been a much better experience with the new property management, and my experience here prior was excellent. I moved in here back in March of 2019, due to wanting to be closer to where I train (competitive runner on the side). I'll go over the pros and cons below but my experience with the leasing office has been top notch. They really stepped up to help me out when I lost my job due to Covid in 2020, and the new management has been super fast at addressing issues (minimal) & providing additional experiences to residents. Plus, rent control here has been EXCELLENT, making it easier for me to want to renew each year. Pros: - Close proximity to 285/85/75/400/575 - Nature Trails, River Trails, Cycling Paths & Chattahoochee River right outside your door (6 Miles of Nature Trails) - 2 Pools (lap pool and child community pool) - Fitness Center, Study Area, Book Area, Business Center - Community Activities (recently did a Braves Game, paid for by Kinstone) - Playground, Tennis, Activity Court, Doggie Bag areas, Grilling Areas w/ Benches/Swings - Valet Trash pick-up - Trustworthy Community (have never had anything stolen) & Family Friendly - Quick Maintenance & Friendly Staff - Highly sought after school district - Cozy apartments Cons: - Apartments are older - Ventilation: I do smell what my neighbors are cooking from time to time from the vents - Children stomping above - Pantry area is pretty small I honestly have only had two complaints in my time being here, and both were addressed fast. I've read reviews about roaches, and yes, I've seen some during my time here BUT we also live right next to a National Forrest & River. They spray frequently and I've yet to encounter any issues. For the price and location, it's hard to beat. And if you're an outdoor enthusiast, you'll love this area even more. Also, the community is a melting pot of all ethnicities that are all super family oriented. I look forward to more years here, as long as rent control stays in place. Highly recommend!
