The day before my service, I received a notification with the time window for my appointment. The next morning, I received a text letting me know I was next on the schedule, and about 10 minutes later Jorge arrived. After discussing the adjustments and issues I wanted addressed, Jorge and I walked the entire property and inspected every zone and sprinkler head. Based on what we found, we decided to replace four leaking heads. While replacing one of them, Jorge discovered a hole in a nearby irrigation line. That explained the mysterious puddle my wife had been noticing in the yard. Jorge was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain exactly why each sprinkler head was having issues and provided recommendations without any pressure. I appreciated that he thoroughly inspected the system rather than simply fixing the obvious problems and leaving. We had an initial meeting with Designscapes, giving them a rough idea of what we wanted. Next week they had crafted a fantastic design plan for us with a budget, time estimate and estimated start date. They included some suggestions that we didn't even think about. They even gave us a list of suggested plantings for the flower beds. The project started when promised and finished within their time estimate. The price was exactly what was promised. There were no additional costs. The workers were here everyday and quite professional. The work is excellent and we have had no issues with the workmanship or materials used. All of our neighbors have commented on on how great the property now looks.
