I had an appointment and several texts and emails confirming that appointment. However, when I got there, they didn't have me on their schedule. Human error--didn't finish setting up the appointment. Now I have to wait 19 days until my next appointment. Going to try somewhere else. Person at desk was not able to handle issue or other folks who came in. One person just wanted to pay his bill. I went in for an MRI, which was to be done first without dye and then with dye. The technician could not get the dye into my vein. She burst two veins, leaving huge painful bruises and then she proceeded to dig and dig, trying to get the needle into my vein without success. I finally told her to forget it. I was not going to lay there, in the MRI machine, while she continued to dig around. She definitely had no idea how to insert a needle. It was terrible! read more

I filled out my intake forms a week or so before my appt When I went into get my MRI, the tech asked me if I had implants or anything metal inside my body. I replied no. I was given pants to change into and hurried into the room to get my MRI. After I got out, my Fitbit no longer worked. I asked the tech about it and he said oh go home and charge it. The Fitbit was fried. After googling it, I found out the watches should not be near the MRI machine, even though my arm was not in the machine my Fitbit was still fried. Spoke to Nate, the manager, and he said it was listed on my paperwork that I filled out the week before. I should be lucky it didn't explode or burn my arm but the tech should have asked if I had anyjewelry or watch on. I was nervous enough about being out into the tube and def wasn't thinking about the paperwork I filled out a week ago. My suggestion, print every piece of paper out before your appointment (kill some trees) and ask the tech what else should I know before going into the machine (he still probably won't ask about the watch) or better yet, go someplace else that values your health more. read more

Went for an mri. Asked them to send results to my dr. They said they could not. They gave me a disk. A disk?!?! Not surprisingly, my OhioHealth provider could not read a disk bc their systems are not from 2001. Seriously, get your stuff together. I am in tremendous pain and had to postpone my appointment bc you gave me a disk. read more

Daughter had to have an MRI and CT Scan. Those went fine but the front desk representatives are not compassionate or act like they even care. I watched them roll their eyes and huff their breath at another client and that was so unprofessional. I had a an appointment today for a MRI for two procedures for the brain and for a mammogram. I have not been contacted prior to my appointment today by an email or a phone call they had rescheduled my appointment twice. First appointment was 9 AM. They called back and scheduled it for 120. I got there early today walked into the office two young girls unprofessionally sitting there at their desk look like they were in their early 20s, no idea I was coming in for my appointment said it had been changed to 2 o'clock then they asked me for two IDs and told me I could feel out the paperwork later when I come back at 2;00 they asked for over $1000 to be paid. This was supposed to be considered a freestanding facility I was supposed to be 100% covered and my insurance so I chose to walk out. I had my concerns to begin with after pulling out some of the other reviews, so I highly would not recommend this facility. read more

I have been dealing with leg pain for a month and have had a stress fracture in the recent past so was very anxious that I had another one. I saw my doctor yesterday and received orders for an MRI. I called ProScan and was able to drive straight there from my doctor. I received a copy of my images and my doctor had the results waiting on his desk this morning. Great and FAST service. Went there on Saturday for a mri for my knees. Filled out all the documents before and after I arrived was told because of a loop recorder that was implanted 5 years ago and is no longer functional, they would not do the MRI until I talked with my doctor. Not knowing until I got there and wasting a whole Saturday was very frustrating. Why not tell me before I got there and save me the time and hassle of getting resolved? I understand the caution of making sure it was ok, but I filled the paperwork on line and sent in prior to the appointment. Really frustrating and upsetting to waste a whole Saturday morning in addition to using up gas which isn't cheap. read more

Nothing like waiting a whole week for a MRI appointment and they call to cancel on you when your less than a mile away. They claim that the mri machine broke down at 3:30 and they didn't call me until 4:45. So now I have to wait for another appointment with a possible rotator cuff tear that's painful as hell . The least they could have done was offer me an appointment first thing in the morning. I asked if anyone else has an opening and the answer was no then she starts looking for an appointment next week. That's when I hung up. Terrible service !! read more

Had to get an X-ray on my arm and my doctor sent me here. Luckily one of their 4 locations was close to where we live. I called earlier today and they were able to get me in for their last appointment of the day which worked perfectly with my schedule. They told me to be there 15-20 minutes early to fill out paperwork and I asked if they could email me their forms. They told me I could download them from their website, which I did, then filled them out on the PDF, printed it out and voila! I'm ready to go! I got there, handed them the paperwork, sat down and waited less than 5 minutes, they called my name, I went back & put on a gown, locked up my purse & clothes in a locker, took the key with me and went into the X-ray room. They took several X-rays and I sat and waited while they read them and they made sure they were good reads and then they said I could get dressed & wait out in the reception area. I waited again for 2-3 minutes and the X-ray tech came out and handed me a disc to take to the doctor with me. The whole visit took no more than 20 minutes. Everyone there was so nice! The facilities were really clean, very nice restroom with modern high end fixtures and nice artwork. The good? Everything about it was good. The bad? Can't think of a single bad thing. Great experience all around but still hoping I don't have to come back anytime soon. read more

It's really hard to give a rating. Everything started out fine my 1st encounter with the receptionist was fine, my radiologist performing the MRI scan(Susan) was really nice. However upon exiting I needed to finish my paperwork and there was another lady at front fest named Sue. She was very inpatient, didn't know what she was talking about and ran her mouth too much and didn't know how to listen. Sometimes if you just be quiet and listen instead of listening to what you think is going to be said folk don't get offended and situations taken out of context. Outside of this Sue lady who needs to work in the back(away from the public)the facility was great.!.! The facility itself deserves a 4, but she made the rating a 2. read more

Kristen was very pleasant to work with. She for sure made the scanning easier and more fun. The paperwork when you fill out in medical offices was long and could be done before hand by using a phone application I'm sure to lessen the waiting time. If you pay up front they usually have a discount given which is nice instead of a payment plan you can save a little. Clean waiting area. Clean changing rooms. Clean restroom. The Gahana Ohio site is a great place to go. The employees are very patient, kind and professional. When calling I talked with Nate numerous times and other employees. I'm sure they thought When I called they saw my number and said oh no not her again. They were so kind even though I'm sure I was annoying as heck. Reed and Bruce were so kind to me during my MRI and they treated me like I was a queen. I was so impressed with these professional people. They truly like their jobs and are a great team. I would like to see this site get recognition and a pay increase they work very hard.
