First time in, I requested acrylic with a nude polish & I loved the result. The worker (I wish I got her name) was meticulous, took her time and had great attention to detail. My nails turned out gorgeous. The staff was friendly & the salon was clean. Reasonably priced as well. I love my nails & will definitely be returning read more

Horrible experience, my girlfriend went and got completely ripped off, 70 dollars for some simple flowers and bows that broke as soon as she got in the car, man was completely unhygienic coughing while working, and was mediocre at his job as he was getting angry while doing the nails, you could tell they were making comments while working, completely unfocused and unprofessional. read more

Went in for a spa day with my wife and daughter and ended up getting completely taken advantage of!! No pricing spoken of for my daughter's nails ended up getting charged a ridiculous amount of money for them!! Ladies were really nice but started commenting right away of my wife's and daughters purses calling the BOUGIE!! They figured because we have nice stuff they could poke my eyes out and they did exactly that!! Stay away from this salon!! read more

Horrible, first Time coming in here since the new management and the "owner" was yelling at her staff and Bill the co'owner i believe was telling her "one more screw up and you no work for me no more" in front of many clients. Only 3 total employees including the owners. They treat their employees or employee I should say, so ugly. I also paid $40 for dip and this is how it came out. Never again will I go back. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. exactly 5 days after receiving nail services here i fell ill, and subsequently tested positive for a severe case of strep throat, which leads me to believe i picked it up here, seeing as incubation time is 2-5 days for strep after exposure to the bacteria. my nail tech did not wear a mask and had failed to cover his sneezes twice. both times he sneezed onto my arm and hand, yuck. no apology for sneezing directly onto me twice either, i will not be returning unless the salon is MUCH cleaner, if at all. no matter how nicely my nails turned out, there are way more cons here than pros. read more

Took my daughter in a couple weeks ago, and I don't know if it's lack of experience, negligence or utter disregard for the art of acrylic nails, but this place is horrible. I'll never be going back there! There are plenty of other places in town. read more

I had the worst experience ever at this place! First of all they are so unsanitary this guy bill who was doing my nails was working without a mask on coughing all over my hand he kept getting up and excusing himself to go to the back room and will leave me there for minutes at a time. Also my daughter and I wanted pedis and they kept forcing us to change what we wanted it's like you were paying them for them to do whatever they wanted. And to top it off the place is full of many cockroaches running all over the place they are even on the massage chairs it is so filthy and disgusting and it smells horrible in there! It's by far the nastiest nail business I have seen now I understand why they have no business they need to close down. read more

Truly the worst gel manicure I've ever experienced. The technician applied the polish so thick and sloppy, it peeled off within hours. Absolutely awful job and a waste of money. read more

First time coming here. They were open 30min before everyone else, so that was convenient. I was one of the first ones there , so the gals had to prepare their tools , but they were pretty quick. The gal that helped me was very friendly , as will as the other morning staff. This place got busy within the hour, so it would be helpful to go right as they open or make an appointment. There were several customers that appeared to be regulars, so that was also a plus. Shellac manicure was $30, basic pedicure was $25, and an eyebrow wax was $10. I had to ask the lady that was helping me to do my eyebrows several times because they felt they were not cleaned up enough, but my eyebrows are pretty messy as is, so I can't blame her all that much for not knowing what to do with them. I would definitely recommend this place read more

Horrible Roach problem!!! While I was getting manicure done I encountered numerous roaches around me. I literally had one crawling on my shoulder. I mentioned it to the nail tech and she just kept going and ignored me. She literally killed one in front me. Never will I come back. I left there disgusted. read more

Pros Nails - A perfect shellac manicure in my opinion - Nail Salons Near Me - Del Rio, Texas

Hands down the worst nail salon experience of my life. When I came in, I was greeted by a man not wearing a mask or gloves. He asked what I wanted done and upon my response (just a fill) grabbed my hands and rubbed my fingers which made me super uncomfortable. I was desperate as 2 of my nails broke off and every other place I went to was fully booked so I stayed. He told me to sit down and I showed him a photo of what I wanted, which was just a french tip on long coffin-shaped nails. He told me he couldn't do this because he didn't have the correct colors, to which I responded with confusion as I've never been to a nail salon that couldn't do a simple french tip. After some discussion he suddenly changed his mind and said that he could do it (he was not happy about this). He looked at my nails and told me it would be better for me to get a complete new set as some of the nails were loose around the edges, I agreed although I knew this was just a way to get more money out of me. Instead of soaking my nails in acetone, he proceeded to literally rip them off with no warning (you can imagine how painful this was). As the manicure went on, it became clear that there was no sense of professionalism in this place. Firstly, the man kept coughing all over the place with no mask on (ITS A PANDEMIC). He randomly got up and just left several times and came back 5 or so minutes later. In the middle of doing my nails, he had some sort of mental breakdown, threw the brush on the table and stormed off outside and just sat in his car. At one point, he stopped doing my nails, pulled up my sleeve without saying or asking to look at the tattoos on my arm, this made me very uncomfortable again. He cut several of my fingers with the nail file, completely messed up the shape that I wanted and was just very unfriendly and rude in general. Then when I was finally ready to get out of there and go home, they had a sign by the register saying they were only accepting cash, even though they advertised card payment at the entrance. Of course, I did not have cash so I had to call my husband to bring me some. While I was waiting for him, the man came over to me and grabbed my hand once again and literally dragged me to where his coworker was working with another customer and showed them my nails, complete ignorance to social distancing and just plain disrespectful to grab a customer like that. He also had the audacity to try and change the price when my husband came with the cash, suddenly it changed from 60 to 65. 60 was already more than I would have liked to pay, just weeks before I went to Vista Nails, paid 40 for a completely new set with designs and everything, and did not have a strange man coughing everywhere with no clue about hygiene and touching me without permission. By the way, his name is Bill. If you do end up going here, make sure you don't end up with him. I, for one, will never show my face here again. I would give a zero star rating if I could. read more

Never again! The guy who did my nails was eating while doing my nails and was picking his teeth taking off the food and didn't even bother to wash his hands and started doing my nails. Disgusting. Also he was drinking alcohol. And the lady who did my pedicure didn't even bother to be a little bit clean while doing my nails. Didn't drain the water at all their was all the dead skin from my feet all over the place! Yuck. Worst experience read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I came here with my mom and asked for a full set with leopard print on 4 fingers . She did my nails and it looked NOTHING like the picture nothing like leopard... When I asked her to remove it she started giving me attitude... she saw that I didn't like it and said that she'd give me $5 off design (design is $10) so she completely removes the design now I just have colored nails and when it's time to pay she charges me $50 dollars... should've been $40 because I did not have a design anymore. Not even the $5 off like she said. I told her about it and she said I wasted her time. And I said YOU DID NOT know how to do the design. How is that my fault!? Didn't say anytime else to me and ignored me. Super disappointed.. I used to come here every month for many years growing up, before I moved away 5 years ago when it was owned by other people. I have been told by many people that the people that work here are always high on something. I am happy to tell everyone I know not to go here.. Go anywhere but here! Also forgot to mention when she started she used the same towel from the person before FULL of clipped nails and dirty shavings! Disgusting !!!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN! read more

Unprofessional, cut my skin while cutting to size ‍ rough while filing and also filing my skin tech was upset when I would tell her my nails were shaped wrong and one side straight and the other side slanted... she had to redo them twice until finally they looked decent but she was very rude and unprofessional through the whole process... never again. read more

Went in for a pedicure, got home to notice how bad a job they had done. My nails were not properly filed, the polish looks gooey and they were not properly painted. Should've done my own pedicure at home.Very disappointed with the service, will not be returning. read more

Read a decent Yelp review so I decided to try it out! (I'm from out of town) Went in on a Friday evening at 4:30pm and they got me right in! Not sure of the girls name but she did a great job on my nails- cuticles cut nicely, paint done very well, and filed great! My only disappointment was the massage, it was about 30 seconds on each hand... Definitely could improve. Price was average, $28 for Shellac mani. My suggestion is if you don't need the full manicure just get the paint, because without a decent massage they aren't any different. read more

Got to Del Rio knowing where nothing is but what a find:) I had 4 nails that needed to be fixed due to a hack job on the acrylic tip with gel overlay I had done before. Denise was great! She went above and beyond by not only fixing the 4 nails but sealing others to give some staying power to them. Appreciated the good work and friendliness to the new girl in town. If I could post this review with zero stars I most definitely would. Up until today I have been going to this salon every two weeks since I moved here. Today I walk in to find out that they are under new management. Okay fine I'll give them a try. I specifically told the gentleman that I wanted dip powder. He initially tells me twice to pick out a color pointing towards the polish. I then repeat no I'd like a fill with dip powder in nude and white ombré (which I already had on my nails). A lady who was also working there steps over and says "We can do dip for you. We are under new management and we have new staff so on and so forth." So the gentleman begins taking the top coat off of my nails after he's finished he proceeds to put PINK ACRYLIC on my nails. I immediately stopped him and said sir that is not what I asked for. He said "This is dip!" I responded "No this is not I've been getting my nails done for almost 20 years. I know the difference!" He says "Okay okay I'll do dip for you!" I start texting my husband because at this point I'm getting upset. He goes and grabs a pink dip powder a so said to him " sir that is still not the correct color." He starts to get loud and tell me that he'd already tried to do dip for me and I didn't want it. (Which was not what he was doing.) The lady comes back with some type of can like a coffee can with some type of powder in it and says this is what new management gave us. The gentleman is now walking back and forth making smart comments. I was so irritated that I got up and walked out! To top it off in the middle of all of this there are small red ants crawling on the table he takes a brush from his kit sweeps them off and puts it back. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! read more

The lady is so nice and so sweet she's the best and she's really quick and can do almost everything you ask her for and doesn't charge 5$ extra for everything she is the best and they have good hospitality all the workers are so sweet especiallya girl named Jackie Perez she's great love the place my go to always!!! read more

Really pleased with my first visit. There were a steady stream of returning customers during my manicure and pedicure, which I took as a good sign, since I wasn't sure what to expect. My pedicure was great. Long foot scrub and lotion massage during the pedicure. I changed my mind on the color for my toes and no one seemed to mind that it took me an extra minute or so to choose something else. I did a gel shellac polish for my manicure on my real nails. Everything came out great! Reasonably priced... I paid $53 before tip. I'm used to Chicago prices. Would definitely recommend for their services, as well as just for something fun to do around boring Del Rio! read more

I went here this past weekend with 2 other friends to get pedicures. While it was a pretty busy Saturday afternoon, we were all in the spa chairs seated next to each other in about 10 minutes. It was nice to be able to sit together and chat rather than be separated. The massage chairs were really nice ones, brown leather with many different settings. They have clean jet tubs in which to soak your feet and they have a nice flat screen TV in front of the massage chairs. They were playing food programs off the travel channel that had me drooling! The lady I had did a pretty thorough job. She was very friendly and chatty. Some of the guys that worked there were pretty short with us. They weren't exactly the friendliest people, but still did a good job. The pedicure itself was pretty awesome. My only complaints about the pedicure was that there were bubbles trapped in the clear top coat and that they were a little pricey, about $25. I am used that paying $20 for both mani and pedi int he bigger cities :( read more

Don't waste your money! Broken massage chair, cold spa water. Very slowwww even though there were 6 plus people working. Drying lamp was broken as well. First time I have not left a tip at a nail salon :(. The only positive thing was the amount of nail polish colors. read more
