I really felt the cleansing effects of the salt when lying down directly on it and the atmosphere is relaxing.

While the environment and background sound made the visit very relaxing, deep tissue was not in the room with us. I am used to really getting knotts dissolved i guess you can say and my body going full y into rest mode. Yes, its painful but also necessary. I will say I got a stomach massage also and that was probably the best part. I wish that would have been longer. I could feel rhe bumps and weird spots that help tension and lack of digestion in my organs. It reminded me of those Mexican grandma massages you'd get when you were a toddler. While I appreciated the experience I would not return for the deep tissue massage. I would however be curious of the rest of the treatments they offer at this location. The gentleman who treated me was professional and attentive ensuring I felt comfortable at all times and continuously checking on me. He also advised me to continue stretching and hydrating after the massage. Massage gets one star but the therapist and location, including ambiance really make up for it in their own way. Like I said, they have a variety of other offers worth exploring.

I've done the sauna multiple times at other locations but not here. Totally impressed with the nice unit which is spacious enough for 2 with 3 infrared lights. Jana was super helpful in directing us as first-timers in the cryo chamber and suggested the PEMF treatment for my wife's ailments. Long short short, after 1 treatment, my wife expressed significant pain relief, and I could tell in her mobility that she was feeling more agile. We practice a holistic medical approach to our health care (which can be difficult) and are extremely happy to find CryoDen. The customer service was very personable, the pricing is reasonable, and the facility is clean. I am excited to see my wife's healing process progress for the better. While the cryo chamber wasn't my favorite, I decided to try it a few more times to see if I notice any benefit, keeping in mind that everyone will have a different experience. I am thrilled that my wife felt the benefits of cryotherapy immediately!

But the sauna has never been sanitized or even cleaned; it's gross and dirty and smells like mold. The cold plunge doesn't have a filter system and is nasty; it gets green and smells like pond water. The red light therapy is broken and makes a loud noise. They have rowers that are rusty , sticky, and have spiderwebs; they're disgusting, and half don't work right. They have 5 skis; they're all broken, but one bike is outdated, rusty, dirty, dusty, broken, and makes loud squeaky noises. They have a limited number of barbells that actually spin. They have never been cleaned or maintained properly; ALL the equipment is outdated, old, dirty, rusty, and broken. The gym always looks dirty; that's why it's crawling with rodents and bugs and insects. The showers are so disgusting and scary that you can catch a foot infection. The towels they provide are always smelly and dirty and stained in an unsanitary way. Bathrooms are always dirty and dusty, filled with spiderwebs. No soap to wash your hands, no toilet seat covers. Toilet bowls are always stained with fecal matter, hazardous and disgusting. They do not have a professional cleaning crew to sanitize the gym. The people seem friendly at first but will talk behind your back. They have cliques/mom groups in the morning at 9am or sometimes 10am. They are bullies; they will make you feel awkward and uncomfortable. It's so bad that the owners are afraid to address the situation, and they hide from conflict. The morning classes are run by Marine, and she is NOT even a certified trainer. It is dangerous to others and to herself. Her son Toni is another uncertified trainer that teaches class; he is rude and unprofessional and likes to moan and grunt when working out, making you feel uncomfortable. I know people that have taken his class and have gotten injured because they weren't properly taught the technique. This gym is NOT A SAFE ZONE It is stressful and chaotic environment
