Communication with them was spot on. The estimator who came out to inspect the roof was professional, informative, and downright charming. The quote was competitive and the schedule met our needs. The team showed up at 7 AM and started working immediately. The dumpster arrived a bit later. They were done around 5 PM (It's not a huge roof). I went out after they left and was astonished how well they cleaned up. I literally could not find one scrap of old roofing or a nail anywhere. I had asked their office to arrange for the dumpster to be pulled the following morning because we were having the driveway and parking area re-graded, beginning at 8 AM the next morning. The dumpster got pulled promptly at 7 AM. The following day a quality control manager came to inspect the crew's work. He did a thorough inspection and ran a magnetic nail collector around again, just to be sure there were any left behind. He even sealed a crack in our chimney. I can't imagine what these people could have don't better. I highly recommend Security-Luebke Roofing without any reservation. p.s. I was not paid for this review. Always left by 3 pm. We were constantly having to go behind them and get them to fix something they screwed up, and they had an excuse for everything. They even tried blaming some of their mistakes on us? We spent nearly $40k on what ended up being a below-average job, full of shortcuts with poor quality craftsmanship. What a JOKE this outfit is!! From the very start, they send a guy for an estimate, and I get…read moreoffered 3 options to replace the covering of the walkout porch on my upstairs apartment, and I never get a copy of the estimate. That's just for starters. They don't come, and they don't come and they don't come. I'm calling and calling to see when they're coming and finally, when someone does show up, it's NOT Brincks Exteriors; it's Larry, Moe and Curley Joe from some slipshod roofing company they've sublet my job to; without ever telling me. They took an iron railing down to start (without marking the sequence they had to be put back up), and a separate company had to be brought in to do that job, and finally did that at the end of this whole scenario, about 2 months from the start. The estimate I paid for was supposed to replace all the plywood on the 14' x 18' surface, and they only replaced about 5 or 6 sheets, if that. During the whole comedy routine, they poked a hole through the sheetrock down into my bedroom, which is below this porch. L, M & CJ Roofing offered to fix it, free of charge, but at this point, after all the hassle, I just wanted the job finished and them off my property. They used a very thin rubber roofing product (.002 or something like that) for a surface that is used for porch furniture and foot traffic, when it should've been a thicker, more suitable surface in order to last. These guys are general contractors; they didn't come and do any of the work - had I known how that was going to go, I never would've hired them!! Beware!
