Justin came out and his bid was just over 3 grand with oversized gutters (I have metal roof and steep pitch so we needed larger gutters) with leaf guard covers. We live in the north woods of WI so leaves are everywhere but not in my gutters. He is meticulously in his install and his work with the customer. He actually fit in my install on a Sunday because he was doing another install up here. Once done he cleaned up any metal chards and any other debris he made. We both checked out his work and all was great. He did the work last summer and this past winter everything held up perfectly.

Always left by 3 pm. We were constantly having to go behind them and get them to fix something they screwed up, and they had an excuse for everything. They even tried blaming some of their mistakes on us? We spent nearly $40k on what ended up being a below-average job, full of shortcuts with poor quality craftsmanship. That's just for starters. They don't come, and they don't come and they don't come. I'm calling and calling to see when they're coming and finally, when someone does show up, it's NOT Brincks Exteriors; it's Larry, Moe and Curley Joe from some slipshod roofing company they've sublet my job to; without ever telling me. They took an iron railing down to start (without marking the sequence they had to be put back up), and a separate company had to be brought in to do that job, and finally did that at the end of this whole scenario, about 2 months from the start. The estimate I paid for was supposed to replace all the plywood on the 14' x 18' surface, and they only replaced about 5 or 6 sheets, if that. During the whole comedy routine, they poked a hole through the sheetrock down into my bedroom, which is below this porch. L, M & CJ Roofing offered to fix it, free of charge, but at this point, after all the hassle, I just wanted the job finished and them off my property. They used a very thin rubber roofing product (.002 or something like that) for a surface that is used for porch furniture and foot traffic, when it should've been a thicker, more suitable surface in order to last. These guys are general contractors; they didn't come and do any of the work - had I known how that was going to go, I never would've hired them!! Beware!

First time using this company heard really good things. So when we needed a new roof I called. the…read moreguy was super nice on the phone and the quote was good but when it came down to actually getting the roof put on. The crew didn't show up on time. 3 hours late. Then when they did show up nothing was really done. The 3 guys were just standing around the truck leaving and coming back. They didn't start actually laying anything until 7pm. We're still at my house at 10pm finishing the roof and trying to find nails. Some of the crew members were drinking on the job. They messed up my neighbors yard. I was told they would come back and fix it. It's been 2 weeks and still nothing. no call about that. Also was told the crew would come back and check for nails in the morning never showed up. The project manger had to come. When it came down to final inspection the project manger had to fix a number of things. After the guys were finished with our roof. The crew members hung around in front of my house drinking for another 30 min. And let's not forget about my gutter never getting up on the next day no call no nothing. After all that I later got a call from the project manager asking for a 5 star review.

The other businesses called back and either put me on a "wait-list" or never called back! Oostburg promised an estimate by a particular date - they delivered. Steve the sales guy was very knowledgeable and helpful about product options. We settled upon a gutter style, color and gutter cap system and an intall date was scheduled in December. Again, they delivered as promised. However, due to my own oversight, I failed to communicate specifics as to how I wanted a particular downspout installed. No Problem! Steve dispatched the crew back to install the downspout per my liking - at No Charge! Can't say enough positive about this company!! It took him 3 weeks to start, a few days of bad weather and lost keys by one of the crew. . I get shit comes up though.He blamed my gutters at first because they are the old medal gutters but still perform decently. The area where the issue was never dripped before but he insisted it was the gutters. He sent his 2 A team guys the 3rd attempt and fixed it and no more waterfall. I don't have a pic of the fix but it obviously works. When I get up there I'll add it. I'd recommend him, even though there were some hiccups. That's business and with a bunch of young guys. The main problem was my insurance company and Mortgage companies ineptness that prompted unnecessary stress between myself and Dave which lead to some disagreement's. After he saw what I was dealing with it's all good. A matter a fact I'm still dealing with it with delays of not only payment from my insurance to Dave but unknown expenses we were never told by Liberty. Stay Away from them, communication is non existent and lies after lies. The cleanup was horrendous, I'm still picking up nails and as you read, he still blames the gutters.
