Proper Solutions is the best! Angi and Meegan are the best people to work with. They do work hard to find employment for those who sign up with them. The interview was comfortable, Meegan was amazing at finding out what type of work you were interested in, made the interview process very nice. Angela, she is amazing as well. Easy to talk to and awesome career finders. They are both so professional, friendly and service oriented. If you have any issues you can talk to them and they help you to work things out any way you prefer. They do not just close the door on you. They have your back. They will work with you until they find what you are looking for. I give them 5 stars because they deserve it! They did find me a temporary job that has lead to a permanent career! Kudos to Angi and Meegan, you are both awesome and amazing at what you do! I would highly, highly recommend this company over and above anyone else! read more

I moved back to the desert to be with my mom and connected with several temporary agencies in the area. My experience with Proper Solutions was by far the most positive. Communication has been great and I was matched very quickly with a local employer. I think Meegan Villa and her team know the area's employers very well. They are also willing to take the time with a candidate to see where your skills might fit in - much more personal and less cookie-cutter than my experience with several of the valley's national franchise staffing services. I would definitely recommend the candidate experience at Proper Solutions. read more

Proper Solutions is the premier agency of the desert since 2001. They are extremely knowledgeable in matching candidates to clients for temporary and temporary-to-permanent positions, both short-term and long-term. They have extensive expertise in client/candidate placements, which I have experienced first-hand. If you have had an occasion to walk into their offices, you would notice a genuine warmth pervading the atmosphere, as Proper Solutions truly cares about the desert community and the people who live and work here. I thank you Meegan, Rick and Angela! Lora Brown read more

By far the best staffing agency in the Coachella Valley. Almost immediately upon contacting them, they had me working in quality locations such as City of Palm Springs in no time. Angie is such a pleasant professional and stays working to match you with the right opportunities. After signing on with them I no longer needed to have affiliations with other agencies. read more

My favorite agency that I've worked with so far! They really work to make sure you find the work that's the right fit for you. I was sent out on quality jobs that were worth my time, and which made me feel more confident in my abilities. I went from temp-to-perm at a great job through working with them, and it was a smooth transition. read more
