I called the shop and explained the situation. The immediate response was aggressive and defensive. The woman who answered first said, "Once it's out the door it's not their problem." She then told me it was on sale and that it's been three years, and I should just find a tailor to fix it. $500 for three years and no offer to help. Not a good place to spend money.
