When I sent the files it took a full day to hear anything. After hearing nothing for 8 hours, I initiated an email asking for the quote and was told a quote would not be available until the next day. The next day I heard nothing so I emailed again and was told they were now slammed and they wouldn't be able to help me. Somehow, they got slammed the Tuesday before Thanksgiving when no one is printing and most businesses are in slow down mode. This was for a same sex wedding. Went to Kinkos. They were happy to help and had it done in less than an hour.

I contacted them the 1st part of April to repair all of our signs and they were to pick them up on April 22nd. This past Monday someone answered when I called and said Bob would call me when he got in the office. This morning, I called again and Bob answered. He informed me that Kids R Kids contracted them 2 weeks ago (that's well over a week after they were to have picked up and repaired our signs) to do their signs and it's a $6,000 job.
