I contacted them the 1st part of April to repair all of our signs and they were to pick them up on April 22nd. They failed to pick them up and I have tried contacting them via phone and email a few times since. This past Monday someone answered when I called and said Bob would call me when he got in the office. This morning, I called again and Bob answered. He informed me that Kids R Kids contracted them 2 weeks ago (that's well over a week after they were to have picked up and repaired our signs) to do their signs and it's a $6,000 job. He stated, "Sorry I didn't get back with you but I've been busy." I said, "Oh okay, well we'll find someone else to do our signs." And he hung up on me. They will never have our business again.

The product looks great and on the drive home I saw one person take a picture of my car in traffic, a few others reading the side of the car, and then it just got dark. I liked their pricing and quality. So much so I am looking for more reasons to work with them. I'm hoping they can produce some logo stickers or cling-ons for our customers, some stamped leather, and possibly some clothing as well. Sounds like they will be able to do these items.
