They're just north of downtown, on Buford Hwy., and a sweet lady named Tammy not only helped me figure out how to get the best look for printing my Christmas letters, but it was HALF the price of the other store and she even gave me a couple extra copies! (in the correct location) -They are not straight. -They are not spaced out properly. -The decals were not pressed on properly In addition to the terrible installation, the employee kept pushing us to leave the store and was not interested in listening to any of the issues or concerns we had. She told us the issues would fix themselves in the sun. The employee acknowledged that there was not enough time to do the install-but we're still not sure why they were happy to hand over an unfinished product. We've tried calling and emailing them, but have gotten nowhere. Stay far far away.

If you create an account, you can save design drafts and edit them later. They offered several check designs, with upgrade options such as wet-erase finish and a sturdier board stock. What impressed me most was the post-ordering process. I placed my order, and then a few hours later had second thoughts about one of my design decisions. I was able to log back in and change my design online without calling anyone. You can do this all the way up until your item goes into production, and your latest design is immediately reflected on the site and even in the order confirmation email. My item arrived in Texas on the 5th business day even though I didn't select any of the expedited shipping options. It was exactly as I had ordered and seems to be of good quality. Great experience.
