When it arrived, it had onions, which I am allergic to. I called the store immediately and was told I had supposedly ordered onions completely false. I've ordered this exact pizza before and would never order something I'm allergic to. I was offered either a store credit (without confirmation) or a remake that would take another 45 minutes. I chose the remake, as promised. When the second driver arrived, he aggressively accused me of being rude to the first driver, could not explain how, and then told me to never order from them again. This was shocking, unprovoked, and extremely unprofessional. Calling the store afterward got me zero apology, zero accountability, and a dismissive "What do you want me to do? I wasn't there." For a $43 pizza, this level of service is outrageous. Mistakes happen -- but disrespecting and blaming a customer for your errors is unacceptable. I will never order from Tony's Master Pizza again.

It's a rather funky interior with limited parking due to construction around the Misericordia. I had the bacon and mushroom pizza, which was very unique in that it's quite sweet. I personally liked it cause it neutralized the taste of the smoked bacon. The crust is quite crunchy, though in some places it was a bit burnt. I asked about it and apparently that's what the oven does. Given the price point for the pizza I personally believe it's worth it. Service was excellent here, the servers were very helpful in trying to answer questions I had. Definitely not the best place if you're driving here, but for neighbourhood dwellers you got yourselves a gem of a pizza joint.
