Gabi is amazing ! I had a day off and I came bright and early to order my food and she was so sweet and attentive with a HUGE smile, after having a bad few days she definitely put a smile on my face. Immediately she greeted me with a supper joyful face and was so quick to get my order together! read more

YUMMY LA-STYLE Pizza. Pronto Pizza is your standard grab-n-go pizza ala Little Caesar's with a small menu and decent prices. Pronto is a bit pricier than Little Caesar's but it's definitely tasty. Do I like it better? Not sure, I think the crust here is exceptional and the cheese is great. However, it's very different so it's hard to compare the two companies. We ordered the standard pepperoni and cheese pizzas to get a good gauge of flavor, quality, and size. I'd say they're about the same size as a standard Little Caesars pizza, just a couple bucks more. I really liked both pizzas, my Pronto Pizza order smelled so good I opened it in the car! I couldn't resist! Service was a little slow and the pizza did not come out pronto. The guy at the register was nice, he was respectful with all the customers. Pronto Pizza has a large Hispanic fan base, I guess because of the name? I walked in and a lot of Spanish speaking folks were ordering pizza, it was cool! The clientele were a little shy with me, but everyone was calm and minded their business. I'd say it was a solid ambiance! read more

Pronto Pizza - Pepperoni & sausage - Pizza Near Me - San Bernardino, California

This is not artisan ever so special pizza. If that is what you are looking for go elsewhere. This is fast food pizza and for the price it is great. You can call in your order for pick up or have it delivered. The place is not large and it really is best to get your pizza and take it with you. Their pricing is very reasonable and they have a larger selection than many of the fast food pizza places. The service is fine, not perfect, but fine. We love all of their pizzas. Their pepperoni is great. They also have, BBQ chicken pizza, Hawaiian pizza, and a meat lovers pizza that is packed with meat. It is all super. Their churros for a desert are good as well. read more

Pizza was very dry and no flavor. The pizza was just bread with cheese barely any sauce. Taste like cardboard worst pizza i had. Just go to little Cesars if you want cheap quick pizza. read more

Horrible. Little Caesars but worse. I don't have anything good to say. Soggy breadsticks with cold tomato sauce. Dry pizza.

I absolutely love this hidden gem! They always have their pizzas ready & for a low price. They offer many different deals & they are all delicious. The service is great. They always have smiles on their faces. The restaurant works fast & is very clean. I recommend this pizza place to everyone! Best pizzas in the IE! read more

Ordered two pizzas with extra cheese. The pizzas were really good, but paying for extra cheese did not actually give extra cheese. That is my only complaint. Otherwise everything was great. Oh and the marinara needs salt and the ranch dip was just a foil package of kens ranch, eeewww. read more

terrible service. I placed an order over an hour ago and still had to wait until every single person Infront of me got their pizzas before I got mine. Not only was the service poor but the lady making my pizza proceeded to tell me that i had to wait because they are short staff after mentioning I placed my order over an hour ago and proceeded to make everyone else's order. The girl working in the kitchen on 7/4/24 at 7:05 on the location off of baseline. Terrible customer service. I work in the fadt food service and understand that when you're short staff the wait is longer, it is unprofessional to tell customers on the phone that the wait is 20 minutes and have them wait over an hour. Not only that but how are the other orders a priority when ive been waiting over an hour for mine yet you have people waiting 10 minutes for their order? Definitely not coming back here! read more

I thought it was weird that they don't sell wings with sauce, the sauce comes on the side so I went ahead and proceeded to try it out the sauce was cold and it made the wings taste gross i'm sure if they were to mix it in while hot it be really good but unfortunately that's not how they make them so definitely probably wouldn't get these again. read more

the pizza is so great i love it every time i come in to order pizza i get amazing customer service especially from the the cashier that is tall and has glasses 10/10 recommend best pizza is San bernardino read more

This place sucks so bad!!! Go to golden five or anywhere else. Wings are horribly tiny, pizza crust is just chewy. Not worth it!

Local delivery driver in the area every time we come to this location orders take longer than expected. When the pizza is finally ready they ask 21 Questions. Confirm who was picking the order of first then do your job and make sure that the order is ready so that we don't waste our time and lose out on customer tips. Save your time and money and go to Piasa Pizza it's a little bit further but much better quality read more

If I could I'd give them negative stars I placed an order online December 16th didn't know they closed at 9 I show up they tell me they're closed ok cool no problem , but what about my money? The manger didn't even come out to speak to me to tell me what I can do to get my money back they NEVER answer their phone or emails read more

I went to your location about 3:15 pm today. I was going to surprise my kids with pizza. I seen you had a party pack deal for $21.99. So I ask the woman if I could please order it. She gave me a dirty look and said let me see your coupon. I was confused because your advertisement in the store didn't say you needed a coupon. I asked her if they came in the mail. She said no they're online. I asked her if she could show me. She said no. She hasn't done this deal before but she knows you need a coupon and I would have to find it myself. She walked away from me and started cutting pizzas. I asked if there was someone she could ask or call so I could order food. She just kept cutting pizzas until someone else walked in she helped them and continued to ignore me. I was there about 15 minutes trying to find this coupon. We are regular customers. We come there at least once a week and have never been treated so bad. I finally just left and went to Little Caesars pizza. We won't be returning. Please train your workers in customer service and about your deals or you will lose more of your regular customers. read more

I usually do not have an issue with Pronto Pizza. The pizza great, but today was the worst customer services I every got. They messed the order up and did not want to fix it Then store manager decide to get rude. read more

Pizza is ok but they use those nasty canned slimy mushrooms on their pizza. Yuck! You guys need to get fresh mushrooms.

I enjoy the butter and garlic spread they season the pizza with. Their prices are the best, and I love the way their employees treat me. I have never had an issue with Pronto Pizza. Yes there is a wait, but it does not take as long as the other pizza places I have experience, it is fast. Pronto Pizza's Veggie Pizza is more satisfying than Little Caesars. read more

There slow and the pizza taste cheap and like cardboard. The only good thing there is the wings.the staff r really nice but the one on baseline is so dangerous. read more

This is my kids favorite pizza place. Its really afforadable and convenient and the pizza taste good. The wings are juicy. Not a long wait.

They have great pizza. The prices are good. They have coupons! Nice people. They have fast service.............

Would like to give it 4.5 rating. Sketchy area, but damn the $5 pepperoni pizza is good. The bread crust is so soft and scrumptious! Paying with cash is a must. They charge .50 cents for any other form of payment, and after reviewing my account I learned that they charged my card an extra .60 cents for no reason. Ill have to ask for tons of crushed red peppers next time to make up for it. Call in your order in advance to avoid waiting in the small waiting area, while the bum outside looks at you, waited to ask you for change. Extra topping are like $1.50! Bastards!!! Its that good for the price that I will go back considering the imperfections. read more

Don't eat here. Customer service sucks. The Asst Manager and the Manager wouldn't help a disabled customer that had locked her keys in her car use their phone, even after knowingly reminded it was dark outside and on Baseline St. There is no Humankindness here so I would recommend CHSB and SBMC employees not to patronize this establishment because after she told them she worked at the Hospital, they said they didn't care. The management and even lied to the Security Guard that there was a combative customer that was crying. She had to walk across the street to another establishment that allowed her to make the call to her daughter to bring the spare car keys. When security came she explained what had happened and he said they lied to him and only said there was a combative customer. He said he would have let her use his cellphone. read more
