In April, I woke up to a large debit from my account for payment on this insurance. I called Germer and he said he would take care of it and call me back that same day. I stopped pmt on the debit as the business was no longer there. Today I get a call from a collection agency demanding the funds saying we were charged for the first month. Called Germer for help and left a message but no return call. Avoid these people!

Most recently, they scheduled a policy review by phone, then rescheduled it for a day later. When they didn't call, I called them and asked why. They said my review was scheduled for the prior day (original date). Well, why didn't you call then, either? "Uh, well, um... Let me see if I can have Brandon call you. What's your number?" First, I had a policy review with Brandon six weeks ago and things were missed. That's why I was scheduled to talk with Brian. Second, I have half a dozen policies with you and you don't know my damn phone number? Time for a new Allstate agent.

Ive been on hold with Allstate billing now for over 34 minutes since the agents have been of no assistance.....still no credit. Six years ago id rate them at a 4.5 star rating. I've been with this agency for almost 10 years. That alone speaks volumes. Recently things have gone so down hill with Rosado its not even funny. If they have a negative star id rate it at a negative. I warn you now if you're thinking of going here to go to a professional company who has their ducks in a row! It'll save you a nightmare!!!! I had filed a claim with my insurance company who's adjuster tells me that i am only covered by liability insurance. This was clearly incorrect being that all of my paper work that i had signed in February stated it was for full coverage. I wouldn't have been able to drive off the lot without full coverage. I sent her pictures of everything I had signed as proof. Agreed pricing & all for full coverage on two vehicles. Long story short Regina with Rosado in San Marcos had failed to upload the documents that we've signed. Not only did this prolong my claim but, Regina then calls me after i spoke to the adjuster telling me that "you're lucky I save all of my records." She then deflects and tells me that someone else forgot to upload my documents & tells me if i didn't pay $316.00 on that date that the insurance company would not retro my claim or honor the full coverage! Meaning instead of paying my deductible id be paying out of pocket for everything! I asked if i could make payments on it since it wasn't my fault the answer was no! I was basically extorted for Rosados error & lack of due diligence. I over drafted my bank account a couple of hundred dollars just to pay for their error!!! It doesn't end there I've called Rosado, left multiple messages with Judy (absolute sweetheart) for regina to call me back. It was apparent that Regina was avoiding me & did not respond until i sent an email. .She told me she'd contact me with more rates before the 30th of August & haven't heard a peep! Regina's tarnished integrity & blaming tactics are inexcusable & is the reason a good company goes down the drain quick. As of tomorrow i am no longer insured through Rosado. Its extremely hurtful how they allow their staff to treat me even after years & years of business!
