Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them due to the severe lack of response. I set up an appointment for Saturday, 8/12/23. I was told I would be contacted and confirm everything (provide my address, etc) - I reached out Friday, 8/11/23 via text advising that I would be free any time on Friday or Saturday, if it was more convenient for them. I have not been contacted. I am leaving this review solely geared towards the lack of communication. I am certain they do great work. I'm happy to leave my review open ended and if the situation can be rectified, I'm happy to change my rating based on a new line of communication and the work performed.

Truly a great cleaning, they hit stains I didn't even know were there LOL. Connor and Steven were very friendly over text and that added to the value of the cleaning. UPDATE: Updating my review since the business owner…read moreobviously likes to respond to all his negative reviews to try and control the narrative - saying customers are lying, leaving false reviews, or weren't even customers to begin with. To start, the business owner is saying I lied about my experience and I was "belligerent" over them being late. He edited his response to me four different times (see emails). To address his original comments: 1.) "you provided two different numbers" -- this information is correct, however, the business owner ONLY used the primary one (just for clarification) and never contacted the other number throughout this experience. 2.) "over an hour before arrival, we informed you our technician would be running late" -- I wasn't contacted by anyone from this company until *I* reached out first, by this time, the technician was already late by 10 minutes. 3.) "we completed your full service including the engine bay detail, which we have clear photo evidence of" -- business owner offered free wash, wax, and engine bay cleaning due to being late - the wax was not done, or done poorly, and the engine bay was not cleaned, we were picking leaves out of it and its dusty, as you can see in the picture. 4.) "after the job was finished, we spoke directly" -- no? We didn't speak directly. I spoke to your technician and thanked him for his work and tipped him - but since he showed up late, we were pressed on time and needed to be on our way and didn't check the car throughly. 5.) "I still gave you a courtesy discount due to the delay" -- for clarification, no discount was given on the initial cost of the Interior Only detail. Only the offer of free services that were not completed, other than the wash. 6.) "you were belligerent over us arriving 30 minutes late, even though we had already let you know in advance that we were running behind and confirmed before booking that you had the entire day open." -- apparently, a customer being short and annoyed that your technician was running late with no notice isn't allowed lmao. If a woman says "hi." or "no, I don't want to cancel" is considered "belligerent", I suppose that's a whole other issue you have. Again, I wasn't told in advance that your technician would be late, and I never once said I had the entire day open. 7.) "Throughout the entire process, your behavior toward our team was distasteful and confrontational." -- when your technician arrived, I said hello, and politely asked him to move his car from blocking the driveway. That was the only interaction I had with him, aside from tipping him. We let him do his work and we sat in front of the house in the sun for about 20 minutes, on our property, several feet away from him. Not to mention, the upholstery and floor coverings were really grungy no matter how much we vacuumed, and the outside only ever got a drive-thru wash. So sad, so unloved! Several co-workers urged me to take the car to Doctor Detail in Huntington Beach to save my car from looking like a junker. I brought it in to see what could be done. Our Toyota Rav4 hasn't looked this good since we bought it in 2016! After repairing all the broken parts, somehow managing to save the back bumper and getting rid of the dents, they were able to match the paint (which had faded over the years) and now the bumper looks brand new! The car's finish is smooth and shiny. The flooring and upholstery haven't been this clean in years (we won't mention the Avocolado incident that we could never quite erase). We are proud of our baby - it may be 14 years old, but it only has 73,000 miles on it and it looks amazing! The Doctor Detail team is so easy to work with and you can tell they have this down. Pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work. And we're no longer embarrassed to be seen driving it!
