The staff was mostly accommodating and attentive. The rooms were comfortable, very clean and spacious. Complimentary coffee was only available for 2 hours, which felt a bit short. We didn't try breakfast, but it was convenient to have an on-site restaurant. The lobby had a nice ambience, we also enjoyed the game room. Overall, it was a great place to stay for the festival.

Everyone I passed said hello, I was asked about our stay several times. Customer service was on point, the catering team took really good care of us during our meeting. The food was AMAZING! Light and healthy options daily. The meal during our last night was my favorite... beef short ribs and noodles! I can still taste it, it was that good, a food memory I hope I never forget. Elizabeth on the catering team really stood out, her smile was contagious. She showed hospitality daily and kept us all fed and taken care of. The rooms are IMPRESSIVE. I love the fireplace. The patios and the mountains in the distance, fairytale. Full kitchen, washer and dryer made this not seem like a hotel but a home. I wish I had time to enjoy the game room, I noticed a pool table and foosball was in there. Fitness center was a stopping point for me daily, they have a Peloton bike, three treadmills and two ellipticals. Also an area for strength training with machines and free weights. If you plan to do laundry before heading home, no fret on the detergent, the front desk offers it at no cost. If you are seeking a home away from home while in Park City, this is the place for you.

Brighton's so deep in the mountains it was getting even more snow than Alta or Snowbird late season. Nonetheless, most of the skiable area was closed from late April on, and they had some really sticky slush near the bottom. I went here on the week of April 20th not thinking anything of it, and have never seen such a high concentration of degenerate drug-obsessed college kids and their degenerate behavior. These kids were consuming alcohol on the runs, making fun of, laughing at and humiliating beginners, talking about buying alcohol underaged, jumping people, and "whippets" or however you spell it, their apparent drug of choice. One of these degenerates trying to impress the girl he was with, talked crap to and seemingly tried to start a fight with me for putting the bar down on the chairlift, then completely backtracked and apologized after he realized how much bigger than him I was. Having the Ikon Pass and going to Alta that same week, I was curious about the extreme disparity in guests between here and Alta that particular week. I looked online and saw Brighton was selling day passes for only $49 which probably explained it. Most of the staff here were nice and professional, though they had a few bad apples. One attractive blonde girl working here was rude and standoffish when I asked what time they close, as they kept changing the closing time on a weekly basis and no one seemed to know their current closing time. If you're that rude and arrogant, you probably shouldn't be working in hospitality. Another day an older guy working here rushed me down the mountain when I was stopped, trying to take pictures of the view near the top of Snake Creek Express, saying they were closing the run, basically acting like I was inconveniencing him. On the upside, the night skiing and tree skiing was exceptional here when I went earlier in the season, and the girl I took said this was her favorite resort. When I tried taking her to Snowbird she had a panic attack saying it was too steep, and had to have ski patrol take her down in the basket, so Brighton's probably more beginner friendly.
