The staff is so amazing! I didn't know what to expect since I had never tested at a testing center before, but my experience was no less than wonderful. The lady that checked me in was so kind and did a great job of calming my nerves. Everything went super smooth! read more

The worst (online) testing experience of my life and I'm over 40. All the representatives had very hard accents and were difficult to understand. I had to log off and log on five different times because different representatives kept giving me different instructions, instead of them all relaying the same directives on how to prepare & clear off my desk for the exam. I was literally sweating from moving things around and started an hour and a half later just from that initial part. It's like everyone had their own set of rules -- cover your other computer monitor with a sheet, then power it off all the way, then turn the monitor completely around facing the wall -- every time, it was something different. Then they intentionally did not give me a survey at the end. It was such a pain in the butt I almost gave up completely. I'd rather go somewhere else in person and pay more money. Never ever again. read more

I would like to acknowledged the Marlin, the testing center manager as being outstanding at his job. He is professional, polite, personable, and efficient. He exhibits a warm, welcoming attitude which is a calming relief when you are going in to take a test that will impact your career and life. I have a series of 6 exams I must pass. I've completed three. It's always good to see Marlin with hood welcoming smile when I am here. The facility itself is set up very well. Each person has a cubicle to test in. Earplugs or earphones to block out sound are available. Lockers are provided to secure personal items during exams. The check in and out process is easy and efficient. Overall a very positive experience. read more

I took a very long (17 hours of testing over two days) test at this Prometric location and my experience was exceptional. Over the past 6 years, I have taken 9 standardized tests at numerous Prometric locations across the country. My experience, in terms of staff helpfulness/efficiency, cleanliness, ambient noise-level, parking, and overall testing experience, has varied widely. This prometric location was the best across all categories. The biggest asset to this location is their staff. The woman at the front desk knew the names of every person in the test center and what test they were taking off the top of her head. She used this information to help people comply with the rules for their individual tests during their breaks- very impressive and reassuring to know someone was there to herd the anxious/somewhat listless test takers into following the rules. The guy checking everyone in and out of the test center was the perfect balance of calm and in-charge. He had a very gentle demeanor, and a soft voice that helped me stay calm while I was checking in and out of my test (which I had to do literally 10 times). He was efficient too, which I really appreciated! The center itself is in a sunny location just off the highway with lots of free parking. There are benches directly outside where you can eat on your breaks (if your test allows for locker access, not all of them do). There are also plenty of clean bathrooms. In some other reviews, this center is criticized for complying with the rules of test distribution organizations and COVID policies. I would urge everyone to remember that the staff at the Prometric centers are not responsible for making these rules, they are only responsible for enforcing them. Prometric centers are strictly monitored with video recording and graded on their compliance. Staff can lose their jobs over non-adherence. I would definitely come back to this center and would 100% recommend it to anyone!! Thanks to everyone at this location for making my experience as tolerable as possible! read more

I took a certification test at this Prometric Center. The proctor was really amazing. Despite the mundane duties of his job, Noel really creates a calm atmosphere. Everybody is so stressed out because of the exams we all have to take. Noel seems cognizant of this and really makes test takers feel at ease. read more

Marlin and Zach were amazing, I was so nervous to take my state board exam but as soon as I walked through that door and was greeted so kindly it changed my mood. I think it's marlin who sits at the front, but he was the absolute best. Kind, happy, and just overall so amazing! Thank you guys for making me feel comfortable and at peace on such a stressful morning. read more

I'm so thankful for the team at Prometric-Pebble location. An incredibly stressful day (a 9 hour test for professional school) was somewhat eased by the kind and supportive staff. Knowing I would be testing all day rather than just a few hours, Zach placed me furthest from the door in the testing room. Kelvin and Gina were efficient with the security checks during breaks which saved me time, and Chastity at the front desk was so friendly. The consistent "good lucks" after each break from the team were nice gestures as well. The facility itself is clean, quiet, and easy to find. For test takers, there are noise cancelling headphones that work great (just a little tough on the head if worn all day) and there's plenty of room in the lockers. I'm sure you'll find that of all the things you need to think about on test day, the actual test location and people are the last thing you need to worry about. Thank you again! read more

I have had good experiences in the past with Prometric in general until COVID hit. Since then, the ability to speak to a representative about any concerns with respect to registering and taking exams is next to impossible. I have emailed and called their 1-800 line and was on hold for over 25 minutes each time. They sent an automatic email stating they are overrun by too many emails so they would take time to respond. They never responded. Due to their very poor customer service, I wasted 4 weeks of studying and 430 dollars signing up for an exam that I could not take since they never were able to contact me to adjust the administrative aspect of signing up for the exam. And don't even think of asking the manager at the actual test center to assist you. She is unwilling and unyielding. read more

Samantha at the front desk is incredibly short with visitors. I brought in my teenager for a 3 hour test and the proper documentation to show that I could leave and wait in the car. She insisted that I could not go outside and that I had to wait in a corner of her reception area for the entire 3 hours. She snapped at me when the nice attendant Noel was showing me the location of my son. "You can't go in there!" Do not come here for a test because this Samantha will put you in a very stressed out mood even before you begin your test or exam. read more

Going to take any test l need to take here. Super nice that they called the day before to remind me of the test. Now that's what I call professional. The woman who I presume is the test administrator in the back was super nice and professional. I only have one cabaet; I was there an hour early and asked if there was somewhere I could study and I was told to go down to the downstairs lobby. I took a pic of the lobby. Kind of felt like I was loitering so in the future I will plan ahead to not study there. Other than that I had a good experience. read more

Prometric Testing Center - Test Preparation Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Prometric sent us an appointment reminder on 3/29/2020, for test on 3/31/2020, but their website says their sites are closed due to CV-19. What are the options going forward? Why was no notice giving? My kid has been studying like crazy for 2 weeks for his entrance exam. Find out the day before that test is canceled. How hard is it to send an automated email to parents telling them sites are closed. What about refund, reschedule? No one picks up phone line to solve issue. Website gives no info other than generic notice telling everyone they are overwhelmed. Lame. read more

This is where you take most of your professional entrance exams, such as DAT or MCATs. When you first step into the complex, you'll feel at ease because of their outdoor geometric design. The actual testing room is quite small. The staff who monitors your exams are very nice and friendly. What sucks, but is necessary protocol, is that they will scan and pocket check you every time you take a break from your exam. You are allowed to bring a jacket because it gets rather cold inside. They also provide a small locker to store your personal belongings. The actual testing room is really silent and consists of many small cubicles. They provide headphones if you prefer total silence leaving you to your thoughts. You are also allowed to bring your own squishy lil earplugs. But testing itself, felt very reclusive. read more

I went to take my GRE here during the middle of the day. The building and suite are very easy to find. Upon entering Prometric on the second floor, I waited for my turn to check in with the receptionist. She was kind and quick and told me everything I needed to do. I was given locker to put my things in before going into the testing center. Another older lady had me go through a body search to make sure I didn't conceal anything, and complimented my shoes. I really liked her because she was very nice and soft spoken. I was then helped by another kind gentleman who asked me to confirm some info, had me sign some papers, and then asked me to look at the camera for a photo. Extremely kind as well, and wished me luck on my exam. The same lady who body searched me took me to my exam and they actually allowed me to start early! I was allowed the required breaks and had to sign in and out. Pretty simple. At the end of the test, I was checked out by the same lady and was told to have a nice day by the receptionist. I really liked the service here because it definitely made a stressful day feel less so. Although the cubicles were nothing special, I mean, we're there to take an exam, not to sit in luxury. People need to relax and take the exam if I'm being honest. You also got noise-cancelling headphones which although were a bit tight, worked great! read more

I had a great experience at this location! I was taking a licensing exam for the second time. Compared to the other facility that I went to, I felt so much more comfortable. Having great people like Noel remind you to take a deep breath before going made taking a test here feel not quite as stressful. Good luck to anyone testing here! read more

Came in this morning to take an exam. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. The lady who took my picture and signed me in was also very helpful and nice, however, the elder lady who brought me into the testing room needs a major attitude adjustment. She could be seen and heard making nasty comments. Luckily, her colleagues made up for her generally miserable disposition. read more
