Peter and Nicole were both very professional. Nicole explained that my neck and shoulder muscle pain was being caused by those muscles attempting to compensate for the shoulder rotary cuff injury I had incurred. Nicole was very informative, took time to explain the inner workings of my shoulder and what she hoped therapy would accomplish. I found Peter and Nicole to be understanding, patient and in the end I have much less discomfort because of their expertise. I feel like I have made some new friends and highly recommend everyone in the sturgis staff! Gary H

My initial consultation with Julenne in Granger, Indiana was a joke. The woman was eating and…read moreshowing me photos of her dog on her phone. She knew nothing of my condition, not even which hip it was despite receiving the referral weeks ahead of time! She was chatting with other clients and helping other providers during my visit and barely paid any attention to me at all! She had me do a few stretches, suggested ice and heat which were prohibited by my surgeon which she would have known if she knew anything at all about my muscle tear. She gave me no exercises, no personalized treatment plan, expectations for recovery or a commitment letter as guaranteed by the website. I attempted to contact ATI over and over about this mistreatment and was put on hold for literally hours, transferred to people who never answered and hung up on repeatedly. Finally, after I was able to submit a case, six weeks later they sent me a letter saying I was wrong and gave me no room for recourse. I have submitted an appeal to my insurance and would encourage everyone else who receives abominable treatment to do the same!

She made it clear that she didn't care to treat my illness anymore, so I left in tears. Found a new PCP, and with a simple lab draw at my very first appointment I was diagnosed with Lyme disease, something she never checked for in the year I was seeing her. I do not recommend her for long term health problems, she used to be friendly and nice, but turned curt and the last 3 appointments I had with her I left in tears.
