Kitchen floor cleaned only in the center of the room not at the end of the room where two chairs and a small wooden cart on wheels were never moved. I found that any shelf above eye level had dust you could write in. In response to my email the owner, Paul Trochakerian, indicated specifically (and I asked twice as I was surprised by his answer) that his employees were not to move any furniture including end tables, kitchen chairs/table and dining room chairs/tables - in the past his employees moved these items and the hardwood floors were dust moped.
