Adding: after this review and one hour after putting on the suit, the button popped off!!! The suit also only came with 2 button covers for the shirt. Three buttons were visible when the jacket was buttoned so a third button cover should've been in the package. The covers were not used because it looked unfinished with only 2 covers. These details are something that experienced men's suit retailers and rentals businesses should be looking for.

I come into the store and no one seemed interested in helping me. So I interrupted a conversation by two employees who were sitting down talking. I got the suit and tried it on to make sure alterations were correct, as I spent almost $100 on them. Well the sleeves of the suit were 2 different lengths and both were at least an inch short. So now I needed to make a return trip, very inconvenient. When I returned the 2nd time to try on my suit, the older man who assisted me had a real attitude. I asked if they stopped giving you the cheap suit hanger bag, he said they are now $3 if I want one. Mind you this is my 2nd trip and a big waste of my time. You would think they would just throw it in. Nope. Had to ask the guy to just put a plastic bag on it before I took it out of the store. He was very condescending. Not sure I'll be back to men's warehouse. Btw, this was the 7th suit I've purchased from them.

I was told everything would be ready for pick-up on Saturday (as stated on the receipt) so I stopped in yesterday. The clothes are needed for work on Monday morning. When I handed the cashier my receipt, I was informed that my blouses were ready, but not my pants. I was not happy with this. The owner, Ria, approached me and said she didn't have my pants and asked when I needed them. I explained I work in Center City and wouldn't have time to come by before work on Monday. She said she could meet me at the dry cleaners today (Sunday) and provide the pants. My understanding is they don't dry clean dress slacks on premise. She took down my phone number and said she'd call me. Yesterday evening I got a phone call from Ria saying she had 4 pairs of pants ready and was willing to drop them off to me at my doorstep. I didn't know what to say. She drove from her home to get me my pants and hand them to me. The customer service blew me away. Ria said I would get a text message indicating when I could pick up the remaining pairs of pants. I'm sure you could imagine how displeased I could've been walking away from this business, but Ria was quick to turn a negative experience around and make sure I was a happy client. I can't thank Ria and Julie's enough for their dedication to their customers.

I brought my daughter in to get her prom dress hemmed and some other alterations done. The bottom…read moreof the dress had a stiff trim (horsehair) sewn into the hem that needed to be cut off in order to do the alterations. We had decided to not sew it back on because we thought it would look ok without it. Sue told us she would hold onto the trim just in case we didn't like the way it looked without it. When we went back to try the dress on and pick up, Sue had sewn the horsehair back onto the dress because she didn't think it looked good without it. The dress turned out beautifully! I am so grateful to Sue for doing such a great job and genuinely caring that the dress looked perfect, even knowing that she had already priced out the job for me and how much extra time went into it!! We will definitely be back for any alterations my family and I may need!!

They came back looking brand new. So I went back and took some of my dad's things, similar prices except upcharged for a very heavy men's coat. I came back to pick them up and I paid special attention on the coat with more expensive cleaning and they did a great job. I would say priced very fair and do excellent work. Nice to find a business like that these days!
