Called shortly after 8 after trying to get ahold of a different company that was recommended by a family member and was on their schedule in no time. Jose sent a text that he was on his way, with a link to track his progress. Showed up and got right to work. Went ahead and replaced both springs on his recommendation, and a bit of googling saying the other probably wasn't far behind.
