I've had to call A-1 twice in the last five years. The first time the door just wasn't opening and…read moreclosing...I couldn't adjust the sensors right so I called them. They fixed it and I asked "Do I need a new motor?" The answer was no the the charge was very reasonable for a service call down to Canyon Texas (about 20 minutes from their office.) The second time was a couple years later and I was opening and closing the door and broke a gear. They came out and replaced the gear. I again asked, "Do I need a whole new unit?" The answer was it should last a few more years and no. Again, the charge was much less than I expected. This company is honest and come out quickly. It would be easy for them to sell me a new unit, but they fixed the problem and saved me a lot of money instead of selling me something I may not need. Unbelievable in this day and I recommend them to all my friends that mention a problem with their garage door. A great company and TWICE they have proven to be honest and a low cost service. The Professionals Gravity House sent got it right, about 2,000 sq ft difference than what the Insurance Adjuster quoted. Also Nathan had plenty of options of various types of roofing tiles and grades to choose from. he was always available to Answer calls or text msg. The work on the roof took just one day on a 5,000 sq ft home. The workers cleaned up their mess and were very courteous and polite. No hidden fees everything up front before the job starts.
