Dick's had put out a flyer offering 2 types of Schwinn bikes at 50% off. The problem is their website and store didn't have the same offer. After contacting their customer service, I had a note offering a "price match" in which they honored the 50% price. A special call-out to Chris Campbell, one of their service technicians, who did an excellent job adjusting the gears and brakes during the safety check. He did a great job explaining the safe operation and maintenance of the bike. As a precaution, I took out their warranty for the free tune up and safety inspections. Check out was quick and easy.

Precision firearms performed work on my Glock 45. I had the slide milled for an RMR footprint and…read morerequested a basic Glock trigger job. I was given an estimate of 6-8 weeks until completion. The job was complete in about 8 weeks. I found the prices reasonable, and the staff was courteous. The slide milling was outstanding, a perfect fit. A layer of cerakote was added to the slide, something I was unaware would happen. One side of the slide looks a bit sloppy, as the the cerakote appears to have gathered in small groups (similar to when one applies too much spray paint to a surface without allowing the layers to dry). I identified an issue with the trigger reset, but this was quickly addressed by the gunsmith at no cost to me. Overall, I was pleased with my experience and recommend this store to those in the Savannah area. Support local businesses!

They took the time to research the specific dimensions of the product I wanted installed, consulted me on what changes I could expect from the firearm when it was complete, and got it done. It was a friendly and secure environment and to my knowledge the staff and owners are all veterans with years of experience with firearms. I asked for a refund and they said we have to give you the "used ammo price on new boxes of ammunition. 1/2 price of what I paid less than 24 hours prior. This is poor customer service. This is a product that could be the difference between life and death in a situation. 1st time customer. Last time customer. I would avoid this store at all costs. It could cost you more than just 1/2 your money back. It could cost your life.
