He showed up on time and we walked through my property and discussed what I wanted and where I wanted it placed. He also showed us a brochure that had many styles and colors of fencing to choose from. Kirt promised that the job would be done in one day, very convenient for me as I was on vacation that week and did not want to sit at home for a couple of days! Kirt and his crew showed up at 7:00 am on the agreed upon date, and true to his word, were finished by 4:30 pm. When they were done you would never would have known that anyone was there. They cleaned the area, washed the fence and wrapped up and put away my garden hoses. Before he left he said that if we ever, ever had any problems, to call him and they would take care of it. He missed 3 two week long installation windows last year, no notification given that he was going to miss the window. On the last window, received an email on the last day of that two week window notifying me that he wasn't coming. Evidently took the entire month of November off. Then missed two December installation dates ensuring that the job would not get done before snow fall. Was told that business would start installing again in March of this year. Had heard nothing back by the first week in April. Was ensured I would hear something when he returned to the office a week ago. Have still heard nothing back. Doesn't return phone calls. Appears to answer emails once a wee. Have requested return of deposit, but claims it has already been spent.
