(We watched from window, didn't even ring doorbell or knock ). Then he got back in the truck with his wife and sped away, like a getaway car. He presents as a nice person, but he is no businessman, and he also is unprofessional. We are sorry we ever got involved with this company. The first year we used him he was much better, even though there were red flags such as he complained that it was just too much trouble to properly write up a contract and had ME do it.
