He made his visit, listened to what I wanted, and pointed out why certain areas of the driveway failed and why. He gave me such an education that now, while I'm driving down Rt. 2, I'm looking for seams or irregularities in the recent repaving. My driveway is about 400 feet long with a good-sized apron in front of the garage, about 8000 sq ft of asphalt all-in, but the guys knocked out the entire job in two days. Demo and base course on Thursday, final course on Friday. Done. It wasn't cheap, but a cheaply done driveway is why mine had to be re-done in the first place. We have done a lot of work to get the grounds to where they are now, from expanding my irrigation system, construction of fire pits and patio work, to completely transforming two neglected fields into a beautiful lush lawn.
