Unprofessional organization that mistreats military families. We were sent to them for a medical exam for a service academy. Left messages over the course of a week and no return calls. I finally called 10 times in a row when finally someone answered. They refused to do the physical and gave a BS excuse claiming they were asked to put inaccurate information on the forms. "Affordable walk-in clinic" my B U T T! As a warning, they do NOT take insurance from anyone on first visits!!!!!! I paid well over $150 for my ears to get flushed. It's the most simple process that I only ever pay $40 co-pay for. Please save your money if you have insurance and go somewhere else! However, staff was very kind! All went well. The office area/waiting room is kind of small especially when there's multiple people inside. They have 3 chairs set out but while i was there we had 5 people in the lobby at one point. Not a big deal since my wait time was under 7 minutes. I received the vaccine I needed and was on my way all within 11 minutes total. The staff were friendly and worked well at getting the patients seen in a timely manner. I really don't have any complaints for this place. I'll be back the next time I need updated vaccines. read more

The receptionist at the College Parkway location in Pensacola was friendly and helpful, referring me to the Gulf Breeze location for the treatment I sought that isn't performed there. Can't say the same for the one at the Gulf Breeze location, who was snarky with me, and only me, out of all of the other customers there. I felt that I was discriminated against because of a disability. If the Gulf Breeze location is only doing COVID testing because it's more profitable, fine. But the decent thing to do is to put a sign on the door that says so, so that people who are in need of other medical care don't waste painful effort on going there and also risk exposure for excessive lengths of time to potential COVID carriers as they are bumped down the waiting list. read more

Came in for company drug test and office states online that they are open till 4pm however door was locked at 3:35 and a person came to the door opened it to tell me they stop taking patients for the day... not sure how they operate a business when they close down earlier than their operating hours. read more

The on site staff here in GulfBreeze is first rate! The support they receive from the ProHealth co-owner and Office Manager Debbie DuFour is limited. I have made numerous requests for the contact information for the Medical Director she has contracted with and she has yet to respond. It leaves me very suspicious of why that might be. I have chosen to file a complaint with the Florida Department of Health and the Agency For HealthCare Administration. Dr. Jennewein and her staff are at a great disadvantage in my opinion . Let's start things off with the definition of appointment. Appointment is "an arrangement to meet someone at a particular time and place". They clearly do not know what an Appointment is. This is the most un professional business I have ever dealt with. I scheduled an appointment on their website for 10:20 am. I arrived at 10:05 and signed in with the link the text message sent me. I patiently waiting until 10:42 and asked them to verify that I was on the schedule. They said yes I'm on the schedule but it may be an hour and a half or more before I'm seen. I asked them why and she said that the text and scheduling system is different from their system and they are not the same. There were 2 other people there that were pretty pissed off also. I asked the front desk person who I can make a complaint to and the girl behind her said "That would be me...". She seemed to have 0 concern about my problem. This is the closest to a male Karen that I have ever felt and I really don't like it. They should rename this place to "Pro Medicare don't care". read more

The RNs are nice, but have to be subservient to the PAs and Nurse Practitioners who run the place. There has never been an MD in sight when I am there. I have stopped going, though I'm sure they will still charge me my monthly fee - because of a quack of a PA named "Gene." I am diabetic and each time I go to this clinic my weight is less, my blood pressure is lower - in other words, I'm doing better. But this Gene guy wants me to eat a 400 calorie a day diet (yes, 400!) plus exercise more than i do now. First he wanted me to take my insulin twice per day, then he is mad at me because I take it only twice per day. He wants me to take X units at a time, then he is mad because I'm not using a sliding scale (whatever the heck that is all about?????). Yesterday I go in because I've had flu like symptoms for 10 days and I got light-headed at work. He jumps into the ketoacidosys mode immediately and orders a blood test, a urine test, and an EKG! I had to put a stop to that - I'm sick with the flu, dude, not dying from some diabetic-related emergency you concocted in your senile brain. Never going to this place again, too creepy, too weird, and too unsupervised by REAL medical personnel (i.e., MD doctors). Just a bunch of PAs and Nurse Practitioners playing doctors but running amok, instead. read more
