I must say my opinion of physical therapy places has changed drastically. This place has challenged me through many different exercises and therapy methods and my progress has been way beyond my expectations. They really care about you making progress and take it as a personal challenge to see you get back to full functionality as quickly as possible. Josh and his staff are very kind and professional. This is the place you need to go if you need physical therapy. I can't speak to every physical therapy place in town but of the ones I have been to this is by far the best all the way around. I hope this helps someone.

So I went a day early to provide the requested paperwork for my first appointment. Jason, the…read moremanager greeted me warmly and took the necessary information. He was making a copy of something for me when the phone rang. Keep in mind, it was one (1) copy of the physician's order for PT. The phone rang, he answered it and left me sitting there. He went to a computer around the corner and I waited. Finally, I gave up and left. First impression is everything for a new patient, client, customer, etc. Doesn't the manager realize you finish with your current client before you leave them to attend to a phone call? I left, went to another agency, scheduled an appointment (uninterrupted I might add) and cancelled my appointment with ATI. The ATI therapists may be outstanding but I will never know. I do know I won't give my business to anyone who doesn't have the common courtesy to finish helping me before attending to someone else.

I've had a few appointments with Action Medical and each has been a great experience…read more After being referred from my primary care physician, I was fortunate that the scheduling team at Action Medical was able to get me in for an initial appointment pretty quickly. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted and guided by the front desk personnel. I arrived early and was taken back by the medical assistant right at my appointment time. The assistant was kind, professional, patient, and made me feel comfortable. I have the pleasure of working with Dr. Mitchell, who is a phenomenal provider. From the moment she walked into the exam room, I sensed a great charisma and energy that helped put me at ease. She took great time and care in conducting a thorough review of my records and medical history, assessing my current condition, and explaining all findings in a way that was easy for me to understand. The support staff, assistants, and doctor have great communication! Every treatment, therapy, and exercise is explained, and great care is taken to ensure I am comfortable throughout the entire process. It has also been easy to schedule weekly appointments at times that work for me. Overall, I have nothing buy high praise for Action Medical and look forward to each appointment.

Plantar Fasciitis - gone! I suffered from pain in both my feet for 4-5 years and I got sick of it…read moreand decided to contact Dr Jacobson for help. I had previously done physical therapy 2 prior times with no success and I had met with a podiatrist who simply told me "stretch your calves" and he then gave me custom orthotics and he sent me on my way. The orthotics helped a little but I continued to have pain when I got up in the morning, walking and I couldn't play golf without pain in both my feet. I met with Dr Jacobson and he examined my feet and calves and informed me that primary problem was in my calves. He explained how "dry needling" worked and he worked on my calves for about 6-8 weeks. So what's the result? I am not wearing my orthotics anymore, I have no pain in my feet, I am now walking and playing golf with no pain. I look forward to starting running in a few weeks, losing some extra weight and being more active. Dr Jacobson is the only one that helped me out, his knowledge of my problem was great and I highly recommend him if you have Plantar Fasciitis or any ongoing muscle pain. He's been a great blessing to me.

I had acupuncture before so I was not new to the treatment. I was told it was my liver causing my problems. I was also told that the doctor would request a panel of blood tests at the end of treatment in March but that I would have to pay for it. I was in total agreement. I was also told that I would have a final 30 minute sit down with the doctor at the end of my treatment. That is the only thing that happened and he kept looking at the clock over my head the whole time. When I asked for a comparison of the the pictures he took of my tongue at the beginning and what the pictures might look like now, he stated that the pictures must be on another phone but all of a sudden he found pictures. His practice is not what it claims to be. Buyer beware. He gave (I bought) me supplements and herbs and would not answer my questions about them when I asked. At this point it felt very unsafe but I had already paid $3,047.00. Money that I had to take from my savings. This office is a total rip off. Don't waste your time and money. I also tried to reach out to Dr. Sherrell by letter and no response. When you leave the office at the end of your treatment, his assistant handed me a postcard and asked me to leave a 5 star review. I found that impossible. Sorry Emily.
