Turns out he gets paid by the insurance company for signing us up! He said he doesn't get any money for helping us! Turns out he does! He also signed one of us up to the wrong one, because if he told me to use Access instead, he wouldn't get his cut! Do not use this company for Health Insurance!

Only after leaving…read morenegative feedback did I get a call AFTER I had already contacted the actually insurance company to get some basic information. At that time I could only get the receptionist on the phone and NEVER my agent! After the negative feedback I got a call allegedly from a supervisor all apologetic but of no use to me because I already found my information. Now two years later I find myself needing urgent information and I can't even get a receptionist on the phone!!! My rates just keep going up and their service just keeps going down! Sadly the information I need must come from them, not that actual insurance company. After this review, I am sure that they will call me, WHEN IT IS TOO LATE!! Obviously they will no longer get my money. I will be switching providers!!! Pay attention to the other ratings, they too cannot get service!!! Do yourself a favor, stay away from this joke agency!

Denise Myers from Farmers Insurance/Bristol West is unprofessional, irresponsible, and unethical. I…read morewould give her negative stars if I could! Working with her has been nothing short of a nightmare. She does not like to talk to people and almost rarely answers phone calls. When she does respond a few days, sometimes a week later, she will only text or email you. Complete lack of customer service skills. I was not happy with my experience with her so I called to cancel my policy. I spoke with her over the phone and told her to close out my policy. A week later, my bank account was debited the full premium and my policy was still open and active for 6 more months. I called her, she didn't answer, and i left a message. A few hours later, she texted me that she needed my new policy information so she could backdate and cancel my policy. If only she had done her job in the first place and canceled my policy when I called and spoke with her. Why do I get the feeling she did this on purpose? I ended up spending over 2 hrs on the phone with Bristol West and even they wouldn't take responsibility for Denise's mistake. Ugh, in the end it took a month for me to get my money back. What a horrible experience.
