Again, like others have said, this review does not relate to the Kingman office, but it does relate…read moreto the company and I think people should know about their devious practices. This company didn't mind charging me for full coverage on a 25-year-old RV that I did not drive but lived in. When it came to a claim, they refused to even consider my claim because the RV was old -- must be wear and tear. They dragged this out over months and demanded that I provide all kinds of documentation and wait for an inspector to come out and look at the "damage" only to just delete the claim and not return phone calls!!! It's a game and they are the SUPREME game players. Enjoy their telephone messages where they say "I am the perfect person to take care of your needs! Please leave a message with your name and address and birthdate and drivers license and insurance information and policy number and claim number -- if you have one -- I will get back to you before the end of the day." And no call back????? Even their inspectors won't answer questions. Lies. All lies. If you are older, be wary. Their game seems to be to drag it out so long that you forget about it and/or give up. The game is to make it so difficult for you to meet their expectations that they have a good excuse for telling you to just go away. No explanation just go away. And then when my car overheated in the middle of the desert and I called for roadside service and they said "you don't have roadside service," which I did!!! So I had to pay for it myself! I called to complain that night and they said, "well, you can go to our website and fill out a claim and we will evaluate whether or not you have a valid claim. But yes, you do have roadside service coverage. Oops. That's what they do. The game is you provide every bit of documentation that they demand and then WEEKS go by while they evaluate, evaluate, evaluate, inspect inspect inspect, and oh by the way, wear and tear doesn't count for anything. This is purely Accident Insurance and the only way they're gonna cover anything is if you are in an accident! A vehicular accident. Well, how does that happen if you don't drive the RV? Why did they insure me in the first place? Why did I pay insurance every month for both my car and my home if they had no intentions of covering any claims? They just close the claim and don't tell you anything. Customer Service says "We can't help you. Please call your agent/representative if you have any other concerns. Have a beautiful day." in other words, "Go away or forget about this because we have already forgotten about you." What a crime this company is committing against its customers. I had no idea that Progressive reps are so well/trained to deny claims. Amazing. I do not use them anymore. But I didn't wanna leave without letting other people know the game.

This year crossing the country the undercarriage of my fifth wheel was collapsed to the right after so evasive moves in road construction. My right side wheels were sticking out and my left side wheels were inboard. What I got from progressive insurance after my 500 dollar deductible was 200 dollars to repair the cardboard belly where there was damage from the collapse. So now I'm sitting in an RV that I can't take home or sell. I'm stuck in Arizona. I got insurance incase something happens. Well it happened. Buyer be ware. Read every word of your policy.

Working with her has been nothing short of a nightmare. She does not like to talk to people and almost rarely answers phone calls. When she does respond a few days, sometimes a week later, she will only text or email you. Complete lack of customer service skills. I was not happy with my experience with her so I called to cancel my policy. I spoke with her over the phone and told her to close out my policy. A week later, my bank account was debited the full premium and my policy was still open and active for 6 more months. I called her, she didn't answer, and i left a message. A few hours later, she texted me that she needed my new policy information so she could backdate and cancel my policy. If only she had done her job in the first place and canceled my policy when I called and spoke with her. Why do I get the feeling she did this on purpose? I ended up spending over 2 hrs on the phone with Bristol West and even they wouldn't take responsibility for Denise's mistake. Ugh, in the end it took a month for me to get my money back. What a horrible experience.
