Only after leaving…read morenegative feedback did I get a call AFTER I had already contacted the actually insurance company to get some basic information. At that time I could only get the receptionist on the phone and NEVER my agent! After the negative feedback I got a call allegedly from a supervisor all apologetic but of no use to me because I already found my information. Now two years later I find myself needing urgent information and I can't even get a receptionist on the phone!!! My rates just keep going up and their service just keeps going down! Sadly the information I need must come from them, not that actual insurance company. After this review, I am sure that they will call me, WHEN IT IS TOO LATE!! Obviously they will no longer get my money. I will be switching providers!!! Pay attention to the other ratings, they too cannot get service!!! Do yourself a favor, stay away from this joke agency!
