A few months later it was back up to 2000 dollars and no one would tell me why. They will pretend to NOT hear you when you repeatedly ask for an itemized bill and encourage you to get on a payment plan, once you do ask for an AUTOMIZED payment plan so you don't have to worry about it anymore, they will not and end up calling you every month. I would call and have to give them my info every time and ask to confirm that they had marked my plan as auto billing, never happened and they would just lie that it "wasn't on their file notes." Eventually got sent to a debt collector because they are liars and would only call during the middle of the work day.

If someone no shows most people waiting to get in cannot drop everything & come in... I require a form of payment on file for new clients or clients who are inconsistent as a salon owner b/c there is a cost to do business even if someone doesn't show. Idk. Maybe I'm insensitive *shrugs. Anyway, I've been in at least 3 times for various skin concerns, and the staff have all been helpful, kind, and communicative. I also love the clean, well-designed office, and it helps that it is close to the Highway/many other businesses I frequent.

Then as the months passed I would go in for other aches and pains, Dr Santelli decided to run a blood test. I had 4 other medical Dr's at the time with current blood tests but no one saw anything wrong except for Santelli. My iron was a little high, he spent time thinking about it, even when I wasn't in his office, so he wanted to run a different blood test to get a Ferritin level. Long story short, he saved my life. He discovered that I have Hemochromatosis. A blood disorder that shuts down your organs and "rusts" your joints. He started my treatments and adds a special combination to my Chelation IV Therapy to pull the iron from my blood. My levels are great now and I continue with Chelation at his office in Moore even though I moved 2 hrs away a couple of years ago. When I arrived on time for my appointment, they told me that since I didn't confirm, they double booked the appointment and that I would have to leave and reschedule!!!! When I protested, they just gave me a copy of the previously signed (a year ago) patient appointment policy. This the very first time I have ever had any appointment cancelled due to not confirming. I called on the Thursday before and got an appointment no problem for the following Monday. I was using a gift certificate from Mother's Day and chose the 80 minute Mokara massage. It is $165. I have frequently gotten 60-90 minute massages from different massage therapists but you are paying for the whole experience from the moment you walk in at places like this. Not just walking in for a massage and leaving. Don't get me wrong, I have people I love for those needed sessions as well! The check in area is tranquil and light filled and calm. I love all the windows with natural light. You are welcomed and walked into the locker room where you are given a robe and slippers (if needed. I used my sandals). You then take your time and then go into the community relaxation sitting/lounging area. There is fruit infused water and hot water for tea and light little snacks. She provided me with little chocolates because I'm not a fan of macaroons. The area was calm and quiet. The seating was comfortable and private. Then came the best massage. Tameka (I'm so sorry if that is spelled wrong) got some personal info from me about different problem areas we might want to focus on and then gave me a choice of essential oil to use. I went with peppermint that day. 80 minutes was incredible. The hot towels were an awesome touch. She used the right amount of oils. Also, she wasn't chatty throughout the session which can happen some times. She was very friendly and i would request her again. After the massage was ended she walked me back to the relaxation area and said to relax and hang out there or in the dry sauna as long as I'd like. The sauna was amazing. Period. I look forward to returning for sure. Completely worth it and definitely a great selling point for the hotel stay.
