If you are planting your own annuals or perennials, they are great! They have stock that big box…read morestores do not carry. You do pay a premium for their plants, though. I just bought 3 tri color ornamental sweet potato vines. They cost $20. I do not recommend them for trees, though. I chose a beautiful willow tree. There was a freeze, and they asked to substitute it for a different willow. I agreed. It never did thrive and eventually died. They replaced it (which sounds great, but the tree is the cheap part - the labor is expensive!). The workers didn't use the fish emulsion - that I provided (Marcums said the fish emulsion should be mixed in when the tree was planted - and I wanted to give the willow the very best chance possible). This tree died, too. I think the hole they dug was WAY too small. We also got an Asian Pear tree with the first willow. It also died. It came up from below the graft line and is green and growing, but it is no longer an Asian Pear and doesn't fruit. We have spent almost $1,000 on these trees and have no willow at all, and whatever the root stock is for the Asian Pear. We paid the premium for them to plant the trees and guarantee them, but it did not work how I thought it would. Just go to Costco or a Farm Supply store, and do it yourself. Even if it doesn't live, you will only be out a little money.

I went to their small display in a market in Moore and now they've opened their very own store in Norman. Two Hip Chicks also display some of their cute items at Victoria's Pasta in Norman. The two ladies that own the store I met last year at the OKC fairgrounds at a craft show. I've special ordered items as well as bought items that are already made. I live in Northern CA so I haven't had a chance to actually go in their new store so I must plan a trip to Norman to visit the store. This entire experience was terrible. From being rudely greeted at the front, to the sneaky sales…read moreassociate adding a membership that I didn't want and to the inability to deliver the furniture. To begin, when I arrived, the person at the front asked what I was looking for. When I wasn't exactly sure, I did quickly mention a price range. His response was that the store couldn't help get me anything. Mind you, my price range wasn't fixed, but a recommendation. However, he basically said they couldn't help me. I don't know why I continued in, but I did. By the time a sales associate came to help me, we were able to find something that fit my needs. Now, most importantly was the delivery date. To fit my needs, my options were actually limited to a not preferred option. Well, I went with it because it was more important to get the furniture quicker. During the checkout process, i signed the forms they gave me and wasn't too concerned with the details until I got home and read the receipt. The receipt revealed that I was being charged $300 for delivery and set up. However, $160 was merely for a membership program to the store. I didn't want a membership program and shame on me for not looking and realizing that I was getting charged $300 for the delivery of a $400 piece of furniture. When I called and talked to them about this, they explained it all and I thought, it was OK because at least I was getting the furniture quickly as I needed beds for two foster children that were already at my house. I continue to have questions and try to reach out to the sales associate, and he stopped picking up my phone calls and stopped responding to my text messages, I think because he didn't want to help me anymore. When I finally called the store and asked to speak to the sales associate, instead of calling him directly on the number that he gave me on his business card, When I was connected with the sales associate, he said he wasn't going to do the refund process and I could just refuse delivery. I was trying to change and get a refund on the additional mattresses as someone in my family had a mattress I could have and I didn't need to purchase a new one.Then on the delivery day, the delivery people showed up with no beds and said the beds could not be delivered for some time because they were on backorder. So, so, yes, I had mattresses for the girls to sleep on, on the floor the bedframe, which was not my preferred bedframe, was more expensive than I had wanted to spend, and at a store that had been rude and unwelcoming to me from the beginning, When the bedframe couldn't be delivered for some unknown time, I decided to at that point tell them I didn't want them to come back and I would not like to just work a refund. I will, however, command the delivery guys for their honest and compassionate nature, their sincerity, and their apology for not being able to bring it. I would also like to command the people customer service who worked the refund for me because they were very kind and compassionate as well. However, this store gets a one star, and if I could give it less, I would because everybody from the greeter to the sales associate and the store itself for telling me they could deliver something and hiding the fact it was actually on backorder, was completely lackluster, and by the way, that sneaky membership program, I still have it, because I can't get a refund on it. No pictures to add, because I didn't get anything. This store has gone downhill and I do not recommend it.
