I was going to let this pass without a review, but one of Life Springs employees / management…read morepeople, someone named Jan, reached out on social media and blasted me for not being a good enough customer. We set up care for both of my parents. The therapy people were very good, but we had limited contact, after three or four visits, my father passed away. The nurses always called and always showed up on time. Their treatment was limited to checking vital signs. Perhaps, that's all it was supposed to be. The issue came after my father died. We called to terminate home care for my mother. The day of his death, a representative of the company called and wanted my mother to sign a release within the next 48 hours. That conflicted with funeral plans and we scheduled that for Monday, four days later. He called again the next day. And again the day of the funeral. A little overkill for a grieving family. Monday during corona time, he arrived at the house about thirty minutes late. The release was only in electronic format, not a written one. We weren't letting people access the house. Corona time, remember. He wouldn't let me take the computer inside and I told him to print it and bring it back and we'd take it inside for my mother to sign. He left and never returned. After waiting two hours I called the office and the manager said she didn't need a release after all. Nice, harass a grieving family for three days and then say never mind. I was going to let it go, like I said, but then this Jan berated me online for not being nice enough to the man who demanded the release. Sorry, I wasn't a good enough customer.

Laurie met us in the hospital and explained the services that Hospice offers. She was warm, professional and listened to our needs. Within hours a crew was at the house to set up everything we would need. The on-call RN Mike was outstanding. He provided clear plans, and education on what to expect though this process, which took the fear out of subtle changes our loved one went through and empowered us to help care for him. Mike helped us plan a medication schedule that significantly reduced his suffering. Sherri the Chaplain was with us during some very difficult times and helped us all through it with such grace and kindness. We could not have asked for a more beautiful experience of being surrounded by family and love during his final hours. We are so grateful for Kindful Hospice!

Was advised by their nurses to take my relative to ER and drop him off and make sure he had no way back into his home! They made us feel like we were a bother to them when they were supposed to be there to help and care. Worst experience ever when you are needing help. They were respectful, loving, vigilant, and offered us the greatly needed spiritual support and atmosphere that we needed while most exhausted and grieving. They were so kind and unselfishly served our family, when we needed it most. I don't know how we could have made it through without them.Chaplain Randy Weaver kept watch for hours, and taught us to see how our loved one was hearing everything, and still giving subtle clues that they wanted to respond back, but couldn't do much more..They provided peaceful music, pain management, prayers, and more.It was an honor to have them with us.
