If you are looking for ANY kitchen supplies, cooking lessons, specialty food products or honestly anything relating to FOOD, this is a place you need to find. This is the kind of place I would come to buy my grandmother a gift, because guess what, If I got my grandmother a poor gift, she would push me in front of a bus, and I don't want that. Jill's has saved me from a fatal bus death. Thank you Jill. Once it was installed the top door of the tower was warped so I contacted the manager Tan and explained my situation. He went over and above to fix the problem. It took much longer than anticipated to finally get it replaced but it was through no fault of his, he was determined to have a satisfi customer. Time got the better of us and as we live in North London,it took a while to get back to the store. Finally we made it there in Oct 2014 and even though their return policy is only 30 days,they were gracious enough to give us a credit note.
