If you want your physical therapist's time and attention during what can be grueling PT sessions, that's exactly what you will get at Mindful Movement. YOU are Kailee's sole focus for the entire hour. Relax, release and submit your body to active PT with Kailee while you meet with her, do your work at home and your body will make solid progress its path to healing. Kailee doesn't take insurance, but neither will you be one of dozens of clients being treated at the same time. Knowing I'll see outstanding from having worked with her, paying out of pocket is worth every penny. I'm in my 7th decade so when it comes to healing my body I don't have the time nor the desire to mess around with anything less than highly effective solutions. I lost patience decades ago with the ineffective results from assembly-line physical therapy. We pay now, or we pay later. But pay we will. Tip: During my research for physical therapy, I found out Virginia law allows PT visits for up to 30 days before you're required to get a doctor's referral.

The facility is super clean with an abundance of equipment to suit whatever regimen they prescribe to get you on the road to feeling better. My first thought, " this is going to be like other massages, same old same old"! Well...I have to say...my experience was the total opposite! I think sending me to this location was one of THE BEST things the VA could've done!! Hands down the best and most relaxing experience I've ever had with a massage therapist. Mr. Conner Overstreet went ABOVE & BEYOND!! He was very professional, patient...hit trigger points and massaged muscles I never knew I had..lol. Usually for me massages are very painful in certain areas....not this time! Mr. Conner used a combination techniques that made it well worth the trip! He also worked my neck and head area to assist with my chronic migraines. I SWEAR Mr. Overstreet has hands and massage techniques from Heaven!! I HIGHLY recommend checking Mr. Overstreet out if your wanting a worthwhile massage. I've booked up the next few Saturdays with him in hopes of being able to LIVE & socialize again! I'm hopeful that this will help with controlling my pain management! Thanks again Mr. Overstreet & God Bless.

All have met my needs and are very thorough . When we do need to come , which thankfully isn't often (apple a day ...) it seems easy as 1,2,3 to get in with someone. Dr . Miller does seem to be extremely busy but I can always get in with one of the other Drs. They seem to care and take time to find out what's going on with you . Asking lots of questions. I've never felt like I was being rushed in and out. The staff up front in friendly and knowledgeable . They are quick to check you in and take your Co Payment . Waiting time before you are ask to come back is about 5-10 mins. They seem to run on time for the most part. Like today I had to bring my son in and there was no one in the waiting area . The front called him right after he signed in and we waited 5 mins before they called us back . The Nurse ( Sharon) checked the normal things ( weight , temp , height and blood pressure) She also came back in to let us know Dr. Turner wouldn't be much longer. ( it had been about 12 mins ) Dr. Turner came in and stayed about 35 - 40 mins . Asking my son how his hunting season went to asking him what brought him in today , and then into a thorough exam. He took his time with my son allowed me to share my thoughts and gave 2 reasons of what could be occurring . I am so glad this Family Practice was recommended to me . Our total time here at the office was an 1 1/2 It really depends on what your being seen for and I do not like to fill herded in and out. Which I nerve do. Dr. Turner is directing us to a path of healing and wellness .
