Crooks! My line was leaking & the company came out several times over a few months b/c the tank was going completely empty every month. A tank typically lasted almost a year. After supposedly performing leak checks when the tank was repeatedly at 0%, they kept filling the tank and charging me. I finally called another company to switch service and they detected the leak on the installation. After months of disconnecting my service, they still hadn't picked up their tank and no one would address the issue. Finally, a manager (K. Hall) on multiple occasions said he would refund the annual tank rental (b/c it was paid literally right before the time of the cancellation) but now we're 6 months later, and they are refusing / failing to give the refund. They still refuse to refund the leaked propane from when they weren't conducting leak tests and were lying about it. If anyone else had issues such as these, feel free to reach out for a class-action suit. read more
