I used their services every year until 2009 when I moved out of the area and they were nothing, but professional, honest, kind, patient and understanding of my personal situation. Even after Mr. Graff semi-retired, he left the company in great hands with his stepson, Jeff Westefeld. Jeff always took my calls and if he was with a client, his assistant, Caroline, was always pleasant and thorough when taking a message. His pricing is unmatched and I wish I could still use him because it costs me quite a bit more to use another firm.

Like, 8 to 15 K some years. We decided to try and switch accountants and for this year, we not only owe absolutely NOTHING, but we're getting money back! When I spoke with my new accountant, he explained a lot of things that were filed incorrectly, and that if our return was actually filed correctly, we would never have owed any money over the past years we were with Jeff in the first place. That is DISGUSTING. To say my husband and I are livid is an absolute understatement. And our lifestyles haven't changed. If anything, we've had to file things that typical would help people with their return (like, I don't know, HAVING CHILDREN), and STILL, we lost more money every time. I'm kicking myself for not changing accountants sooner and if you want to make sure you don't waste any money, not only to the government, but for paying for his useless services, STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY.
