So H&R Block helped me get caught up my taxes. They did it free of charge which was awesome! It was…read moretechnically their fault I since the agent told me I'd already filed my 2018 & 2019 taxes and claimed 2 dependents and basically accused me of trying to cheat them which was absolutely false. I'd she'd take 3 minutes to speak with me and make an effort to determine what the actual deal was, we could have nipped it in the bud and moved forward right then and there. Instead she chose to embarrass me in front of the whole office and send me off feeling ashamed, hurt, confused and afraid that I was in trouble when I'd done nothing wrong. I hope they'll at least make her pay the fee or fire her since I've not gotten any kind of explanation or apology or guarantees that she won't do that to someone else. I am super pleased that H&R Block chose to help me dig out of the mess the agent got me into. I appreciate that very much
