I've been with Prolific for 2 years now and these are my experiences. Cons - The contract seems to have a longer duration than other processors. If you choose to cancel your agreement plan on paying a boat load of cash out of pocket. I have 2 terminals in my business, I would owe $500 per terminal and a $250 cancellation fee and I'm sure there are other items padded into that cancellation as well. Pros - These guys have the best service and lowest processing rates around. The statements are well laid out and transparent. I've been approached by other merchant services providers who HAVE offered me a lower rate, at this time I showed the rate to my sales rep and he beat it that day. My rates are so low right now that when I show my statement to other competitors such as Chase Paymentech or First Data (Bank of America) they leave me alone. My sales rep is fantastic, keep in mind that these guys work independently and sell Prolific products so the rep experience may vary. Don't assume all of the reps are terrible people, mine actually keeps up with me and shows me how I can cut additional costs (Send me a message and I'll send my reps info to you). Summary - When it comes to processing rates, fees and transparency these guys appear to actually have the best value. The only thing I would be concerned with is if your company is brand new as if the business isn't strong enough to make it you may be looking at some hefty cancellation costs.

I paid to have my father's trust done by Kierman Law since they had such great reviews. I on the…read moreother hand have been treated the worst by them than any other company I've EVER had to deal with. I paid $2,600.00 to have my dad's trust written. My dad listed me as a beneficiary, I have requested in writing several times to get a copy of my dad's trust. They will not provide me with what I paid for. They also did not do research on my dads marital status and wrote up a trust for a marriage that wasn't even legal, and instead of providing his daughters with the paperwork they are providing information to his "wife" that isn't even legally his wife. When they filled out the paperwork my dad was on so many medications from his cancer he was not in his right mind including prescribed fentanyl, but they still took my $2,600.00 and won't provide me with a copy of the trust that I paid for. If you aren't the one getting the trust personally, please do not hire them for your loved ones as if they will treat you even being a beneficiary like you have no access even if you are clearly named in the trust. I have contacted several times. The person listed as the trustee was supposed to be me, but with my dad under the influence of medications listed his "wife" that wasn't legally his wife will not have any contact with me or my sister. She has a record and just ran off with the funds from my dad and disappeared and blocked any contact with my dad's family. For a Lawfirm I paid for I would expect a little more respect as $2,600 is not cheap. I would also expect them to verify they are writing a trust for a real and valid marriage. I would also think they would treat someone who paid with respect. I went and checked out so many lawyers to hire for my dad, I am really disappointed I chose them and got really disrespected by them in so many ways.
