The technician was making it sound like it would break down within 2 weeks if I didn't do the other thing. Well, now here we are two weeks later, it worked until today. And to come out, they want another trip fee if it's anything other than that coil, but I have already spent $4000 with them and they have been telling me so many different things that I can almost guarantee you they will admit no fault. I just wasted $4000. If I could give 0 stars.

Needless to say after I arrived no one came for 3 1/2 hours and the excuse was he came by and no one was at the place. Why not call her text? However after waiting all that time he then calls and quotes a price of 500 dollars for a thermostat and installation. Never shows up. Still waiting. The office staff was very apologetic and we used Dymond when they first opened and they were great. Never again. In the meantime I called ARC in land o lakes. He's doing it for 200. So stay away. They do not care!!!!
