Terrible experience. Went to the tow yard to sign release paperwork, Diane was on her phone taking a personal call in which the person on speaker said "I didn't realize you were at work and busy" to which Diane replied "don't worry about it, its just customers in the shop." Which normally would not be a problem, but after inquiring about how to fill out a portion of the paperwork and then handing it back to her in which she said "you filled this out wrong"...I just asked her how to fill it out and her response was "sorry I was not paying attention." My car ended up not being towed to the collision center that day even after calling multiple times to inquire that things were set up appropriately. The following day after calling and inquiring why my car was not towed, Diane states that she "forgot to fill the paperwork." Now, because of her ineptitude and carelessness, instead of having my car towed and evaluated on a Thursday, it had to wait until Wednesday due to the holiday weekend. I called to discuss this with the manger Ken, who promised he would personally tow my car Monday on the holiday if it wasn't done; it wasn't We touched base on Monday he asked if we could tow it Tuesday morning so it wasn't sitting unattended at the collision center. I said no problem, that seems reasonable and safer, but only if we are sure it will get towed Tuesday morning to get it evaluated (throughout this time I am still without a car, paying to uber to work). Tuesday comes, it has not been towed, I call the office to touch base with Ken at his request, he is not available and instead I am directed to another office member who is incredibly rude and inpatient; I am calling from an ER where I work, in the middle of my day, to ensure that are doing doing their job on promises they made and to be met with constant rudeness was unbelievable. Ultimately my car was not towed during the morning Tuesday, and still sat unattended at the collision center regardless, 6 days after original incident. Update Wednesday: the car has still not been towed. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The lady I spoke to over the phone Cherie, laughed at my misfortune and also deliberately ignored my question and while speaking to others in the background in the middle of speaking to her and when I brought it to her attention she made an accusation that more than one person in the room I was in was upset with her and would not assist me however it was only myself that was speaking to her and I never used profanity against her. I just expressed that I was mislead to believe that there was no cost on my part but that my insurance would cover all cost since I was given no choice but to use their service instead of utilizing my AAA membership just to find out that it wasn't true at all. She still refuse to provide the cost or assist with any information that was being asked. I felt that she is very immature and doesn't know how to handle her position as a person who deals with the public and should be capable to provide service regardless of your personal feelings and remember that she is in a position where she would need to remain in a professional manner that is capable in fulfilling the work requirements of her position. We shouldn't have to work hard for a living only to help support businesses that do not value the people responsible of helping their business grow and supporting their and their employees livelihood. read more

Worse towing company ever! First off the lady on the phone was rude. My car was towed from in front of my house due to expired tag (supposedly). My tag was renewed if they had run the plates as they should have, they could have issued a warning. She laughed as she tells me it will be 185.00 to get my car out. I explained that my registration was good. they didn't care that it was evident that someone stole my sticker off of my car. When I get to the tow lot this little dirty twirp was even worse! MY HOA will be hearing from me. Stay away! read more

Worst towing company in Tampa. Called to get a car unstuck and the driver proceeded to do nearly $5,000 in damage to the car, then claimed it was a manufacturing defect and left, claiming no responsibility. When we called asking for their insurance, they simply hung up on us repeatedly. Do not call. Avoid at all costs! read more

One simple phrase sums up my thoughts about this company...they absolutely suck. Not my typical sentiments for even the most unpleasant experiences but in this case it's deserved. Just a tip - their hateful dispatcher will hang up on you if you call more than once to follow up. Notice to the owners - If you're contracted with the Hillsborough County Sheriffs office, I'll be reaching out to them on Monday as well as the County procurement office and the County Commission to let them know exactly what hiring low bid operators means for tax payers. read more

mal servicio no son profecionales me corgaron el telefono yo hablando con ellos

Exceptionally difficult company to deal with. They are not following rules set by Hillsborough County. They are required to turn over the vehicle within one hour of the request. My friend waited well over an hour and the driver that finally came to open the gate was very rude and unprofessional. The woman who answers calls is also rude and does not return calls as promised. They intentionally make it difficult for you to get your car so that they can continue to charge storage fees. He will be filing a complaint with Hillsborough County Consumer Protection Office for their failure to follow the one hour rule. He has documentation to back up the complaint. read more

The lady that answered the phones is so rude, she was literally yelling at me while I was talking. I've never had an experience like this before. I was in a traffic accident and called last week regarding my property and car, I believe I spoke with the same lady I spoke of earlier, and she told me "after the investigation of the car, I would have 32 days to retrieve my car and property". I got mail the other day saying I've been charged already 5 days and my case is still currently pending with insurance and they had no answers for me, no response besides attitude. It sucks that even after an accident I am dealing with a tow company that was called by the police department and now having to pay a late fee when I called already and they said nothing but what was stated above. This is so unprofessional and honestly makes the situation worse. read more

Worst towing company in Tampa. Place seems like a scam, reading reviews I doubt anyone calls them for a tow so spends most of their time driving around housing complexes looking for cars to tow. Went to go pickup my car on nebraska ave. and the main office was a pos cargo tank and had to wait an hour for someone to show up to unlock the gate to get my car out. Also have to bring exact cash because they don't give change. Most unprofessional place and named professional towing. read more

Honestly, these people are the WORST! If your looking for a towing service i would strongly recommend you to look elsewhere. STAY AWAY!!!The operator (Sherlie) is very rude and unprofessional. When i arrived at the lot the next day after my car got towed, the front bumper & fender were hanging from the front end of my car. To add insult to injury they made me wait 2 1/2 hours in the freezing cold as there was no one to service me on the lot. Yet, no one showed up and the operator was too happy to inform me that i would have to come back the next day and that storage fees were being compiled on MY ACCOUNT! SMH! To be honest, this business doesn't deserve half a star; I was purely and simply extorted for my property. read more

worst towing company to deal with be aware don't call at all called spoke to elmo and was very rude and told us to call back in 20 minutes very poor business skills very bad business man doesn't know how to speak to customers read more

HORRIBLE!!! PROF A HOLES is what this place should be called. Do yourself a favor and call another company, unless you enjoy dealing with unprofessional thieves. The women who answers the phone has no idea what's going on. She told me nothing but wrong information, such as the wrong stuff to bring to get my car, the wrong business hours, the wrong price both times I called to try and get my car. The morning I picked up my vehicle I called to ask the price, I was told 190$, I show up 40 mins later and the cash price changed to 215$ with no reason. I called and demanded to speak with the owner...who never called me. Eventually the Tampa police helped me out. A complete NIGHMARE and two full days without my vehicle. SOULESS, awful company. read more

12/19/2014 - 10901 Nebraska Ave Tampa Fl. Car towed from Venue @ USF. Picking up car, tow man sitting in the office, hostile, very abusive, yelling threatening to keep my car "you don't know me, who do you think you are, I don't work nights" He did not even notice my son was standing next to me (out of the tow man's view) My son said "Excuse me, that's my mom you are yelling at". Other Staff (man, dark long hair) tells tow man to leave office. I was so thankful, thought we could move on, until he (other staff member) "Who are you, you want to get the car or I will keep it and you ain't gonna do a thing about it" starts to argued with my son. How frightening and dangerous for all of us this morning. I called the Police. I am sure your customers are rude. I was disrespected but, I assure you, I was not rude to any person on your staff. Make no mistake, I knew those men were, and had all the power and control. Thank God my son respected my words, I am so proud how he controlled himself, while he watched his mother be verbally attacked. With no choice, we stayed and endured their bullying in order to get the car. I wonder if they were in our position, would they have kept silence like we had too. Demanding cash payment and only accepting exact change. Not even a marked "paid" receipt was given to me after this interaction. I have never had anyone ever speak to me in the manner in which they did. I wish I could tell you I am angry, but frankly, I am sad, that your staff behaved so poorly. What would have happened if I was alone? How must the they treat the young girls when they try to get their vehicles? read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. So rude and unprofessional for no reason. Their locations are so terrible that I was concerned about the safety of my vehicle on their lot. If I am ever in another accident I will NEVER allow them to touch my car again. read more
