Zelikha showed how much she cared that the Court acted in the best interest of my children, despite the claims of the other party. My neighbor tried to file a restraining order against me and I've had bad and expensive experiences with attorneys in the past. Paul literally showed up to court before me and was waiting there. I had minimal time to brief him on the situation and he did so well. You can hear how smart the guy is when he talks. Then he went in front of the judge and laid out my defense super smooth. I would 100% use this guy again. Didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. Seriously great experience. Also didn't gouge me for fees. And the order filed against me was DENIED. I couldn't be happier.

As an attorney with over 15 years of law firm and in house experience, I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism from an attorney. Her behavior and lack of any empathy or awareness give lawyers a bad name. She was condescending in person in 2020, when we came in to wet-sign our documents. After some abuse, we called her out on her tone and conduct, and she duly apologized. Six years later, it's disappointing to see that she has made no effort to improve her conduct over the years. We recently asked for copies of past estate documents; rather than respond with a simple and professional "I didn't retain them past X time period" her response included verbatim "I am sorry I cannot meet your deadline. I am too busy. Further, I do not appreciate messages from AI. I am too busy to decipher." Contrast this to our Colorado attorney: "It's nice to hear from you, I hope you're doing well. We do not have the signed copies of your original documents. You can click here to access unsigned copies of your documents (the password is the last 4 digits of the phone number we have on file). Please let me know if I can be of further assistance." This should tell you everything you need to know about what to expect from this office. Heed the many, many 1-star reviews.

And we have the real-world experience to prove them... Some 5 years ago, my father and I decided it was time for him to update a 25-year old family trust (which by the way is something I highly recommend for everyone). While the original attorney had done a good job (as confirmed by Dess) a lot had changed in both my family's circumstances and the regulatory environment around trusts. Dess performed a comprehensive rework of the trust, while at the same time educating us on key issues and rationales. Just recently, with my mother now in a dementia care facility, my father passed away. Dess's work was put to the ultimate test. Her efforts greatly contributed to not just easing the legal and administrative burden, but also providing our family comfort; we knew all the important stuff was handled correctly and most especially, my mother's continued care is assured. There's no circumstance where it's a greater blessing to have all the administrative and legal requirements lined-up and executed correctly, than around the death of a beloved parent. In the wake of my Dad's passing, Dess has guided our family and our other family vendors--including brokers and accountants--on the adjustments and requirements going forward. Dess isn't just a great attorney, she's a great person. Look no further for a family law attorney. My whole, extended family cannot recommend her enough.

My wife physically assaulted me while on a court-ordered a EPO and then abducted my children the week before Christmas for a month. Bob spent four hours during Christmas Day with me laying out everything I would need to know and he was later proved to be 100% accurate on every single word that came out of his mouth. Bob is truly a nice guy. I don't think he'll ever retire because he loves what he does and he provides such a strong value to the local families who urgently need his expertise navigating the challenging family court situation often for the first time. I tried to find an attorney several days before Christmas and the entire industry was out of service until the second week of January. I believe my wife took my children that week specifically to make it very challenging for me, but Bob stepped up and saved the day in a huge way. I could ramble on for hours about how Bob and Carolyn are consummate professionals, and how they changed my perspective on family lawyers. Bob and Carolyn secured 50% parental access for me within three weeks. The opposing firm told my wife to run away with our kids after removing them from the home and was using every tactic in the book, but Bob played hardball in the most professional way during the most important time in my entire life. He stepped up like an athlete during the Olympics and I forever will love Bob.
