I not sure why the name Connieappeared in my review. Vinnie was the reason I selected Ivy for my rehab. I had visited three physical therapy sites before coming to Ivy and Vinnie approached me while I was in the waiting room and offered to show me the facility and explained the physical therapy process. I was so impressed with his dedication and kindness that I asked him if he could coordinate my physical therapy and he immediately said of course he would. I spent eight weeks with him coming twice weekly and left fully healed with no pain. I give his therapy plan and guidance full credit for my recovery. He is a great asset to this facility and can honestly say he is one of a kind. My name is Stuart W

Multiple dates of service were denied because they did not enter the correct CPT codes and when my Health Insurance requested updated information, they simply ignored multiple letters that were sent to them. Mistakes happen, but what I can't understand is the attitude I received from Jennifer the owner regarding mistakes that were made on their part. Left messages for her to call me back, which were never returned and when I finally reached her and questioned why she did not return my call she blamed the friendly front desk. I repeatedly questioned the mistakes and asked her to resubmit the claims, she became frustrated and told me this was something she did not understand, which is a sad excuse for the owner of a business to actually admit. Not only did she not understand she took no steps to understand and did not help me with the situation. I am writing a yelp review in hopes that this wakes them up and they learn how to submit claims and bill correctly. Oh and 6 months later and they still have not submitted the claims correctly. Beware.

Sorry if I rambled here:…read more Okay, there are two types of people that do physical therapy.  Ones who want constant attention and those that just get to it.  I'm not judging you if you're the former, but this place may not be for you. You're doing the same exercises each visit (with additions as you progress), so I just jump into it.   I chat with the physical therapists while I'm doing it to keep my mind off how crappy I feel and I'm out in a little over an hour. The therapists are very nice and warm people.  Who seem genuinely concerned with how you're doing.  I primarily worked with Chris amd Dore.  Dore is great and the leader of all of them, while Chris is a therapist that's almost too nice (not complaining though)! For those that want the attention paid directly on them at all times I would recommend either weekday evenings or weekend appointments.  Weekdays 12:30-4:00pm can get quite busy. I definitely recommend this place and have seen steady improvements from coming here.  Amd this comes from a person who was skeptical about physical therapy. For reference, my ailment was lower body muscle atrophy due to lupus. I wish you all the best and a speedy recovery. ~b
